WILDLIFE TECHNICIAN
Position Overview
Performs exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations according to company policy and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Applies company standards in servicing customer locations. Responds to customer inquiries; solicits new business; and adheres to required safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Performs exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations according to company policy and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Sets up and builds exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications.
Works in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal.
Removes animals trapped in exclusion devices according to company policy and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drives company vehicle to customer locations.
Maintains safe driving record.
Maintains service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition.
Responds to phone and in-person service call requests on a timely basis.
Contacts customer to confirm scheduled services.
Assists in current and/or potential company sales through contact on work related project.
Trains and coaches other associates.
Maintains knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding exclusion and removal work.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Three to six months related exclusion experience and/or training including ladder and/or roof and harness work.
Six months experience utilizing basic hand tools, small power tools, & related equipment.
Licensing and certification as required by federal, state, and local law.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mechanical and carpentry skills
Ability to add, to subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Ability to read, to comprehend, and execute safety procedures and instruction labels.
Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.

What do our Commercial Pest Control Technicians do?
The primary purpose of this role is to perform our industry leading pest management services for commercial customers. You will be responsible for identifying and eliminating pests from commercial properties by conducting thorough inspections, determining the type of pest infestation, applying appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps, and providing preventative measures to prevent future infestations, all while adhering to safety regulations and communicating with clients about pest control solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points
Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards
Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment. Provide advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.
Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm their appointments, help with sales to current customers, and expand our product to new customers
Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols
Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle (we provide routine maintenance)
Essential Job Functions:
Working in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
Working around animals, insects and termites
You'll sometimes be working around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals, and we'll train you how to handle all of these conditions safely
Able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather gear
Lots of moving around - regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
You'll need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodial Supervisor to lead our second-shift custodial team. This role is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and supporting a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate custodial staff during second shift
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety
Train new custodial staff and provide ongoing coaching
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Respond to urgent cleaning or maintenance requests
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications a plus
2+ years of custodial or janitorial experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Availability to work second shift hours

Position Overview
Receives inbound call from a customer with a potential cancel. Inbound representative is responsible for resolving concerns and presenting root cause related offers in order to retain the customer's business. Use high value saving techniques to meet product, and service sales retention targets, in a commission or incentive pay driven environment. Receives calls from canceling customers and is responsible for resolving concerns and retain the customer's business. Provides immediate follow-up on customer complaints/concerns setting proper expectations and next steps for the customer.
Escalates customer issues requiring extensive problem solving to ensure both a close loop customer experience and learning opportunities for TruGreen.
Applies 5 Pillar Quality standards in accordance to Truly Green QA Model
Uses save training and specialized offers to retain customers.
Notifies customer and designated personnel of findings, adjustments, and recommendations such as refund of money, credit of customer's account, or adjustment of customer's bill.
Updates and maintain customer database with accurate customer information and timely data entry.
Positively represents the TruGreen brand in all written and oral communications and correspondence.

Pay Ranges$27,669.00 - $51,188.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
