Absolutely zero pros working at this company
Too many cons to list. CEO is inexperienced, immature, and has zero business knowledge. Zero strategy. There are many, many more cons including no training, no support, and poor pay.
None. Favorite perk was leaving this company.
The CEO is inexperienced and has no clue how to run a business. He serviced mortgage loans for Bank of America and unbelievably was hired as CFO with no accounting degree. Then he was promoted to CEO with no practical business experience on running a hydraulic component company.
There is zero prep needed for an interview. Everyone is utterly clueless at this company. If you have a pulse you can get hired. The last marketing manager was a drug user that routinely came to work under the influence.
Compensation is terrible compared to other companies in the industry.
There is absolutely no diversity in this company.
The most joy I ever felt at this company was when I quit.
Can't think of a single thing when it comes to this trash company!
