Karn Manhas is a Canadian businessman, entrepreneur and a former politician, who served as a BC Liberal Member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 2001 to 2005, representing the riding of Port Coquitlam-Burke Mountain. Manhas was the youngest MLA ever elected in the history of the province of British Columbia.

Travis Good comes from Union Pacific Railroad where he ran the artificial intelligence group. His scope included managing the Development Team of PhD level researchers and coders for the optimization of a real-time planning engine of a $200 million train dispatching product with a ~$100 million annual business benefit. Prior to that, at UP, he served as the project manager for the US railroad industry’s largest scale mobile software / hardware development project.

Travis has a strong background in computer science and enterprise software development. He holds a PhD in IT from the University of Nebraska in Omaha and completed his undergrad at Harvard where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Government. He worked as a financial analyst for Harvard for several years before his PhD.

Annett Rozek obtained her degree in chemistry from Humboldt University in Berlin and completed her PhD at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. Her interest in life sciences led her to join the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. In 2003, she started as Senior Scientist at Inimex Pharmaceuticals, leading the R&D team in the discovery and development of Innate Defense Regulators. In 2011, she joined Terramera as Chief Scientific Officer, where she leads discovery and R&D in the development of Terramera’s MDS platform technology. Alongside CEO and Founder Karn Manhas, Annett has launched Proof® and CIRKIL®, Terramera’s initial products.

David is a visionary strategist with more than 20 years of executive-level B2B and B2C experience in agriculture and food production industries. He started his career at Monsanto in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and product management roles. Prior to Terramera he served as Vice President of Marketing at global agricultural input provider, Valent LLC. David has developed and executed against long-range plans at numerous organizations and has overseen the launch of more than 50 unique products and services across eight countries during his career. As Chief Revenue Officer, David leads all Terramera’s revenue-generating activities, develops growth strategies to pioneer new markets and oversees all business development related to Terramera’s Actigate™ technology, intellectual property, agricultural and consumer products. David holds an MBA and European Management Certificate from New York University and a bachelor's degree from Tufts University. He served on the Board of Directors of Agriculture Future of America and was a founding member and former President of the Fulbright Academy of Science & Technology.
