TerrAscend NJ is currently hiring for unarmed security guards for our medical marijuana dispensary. The primary responsibility for Security personnel is to ensure the safety of all patients and employees at the designated dispensary location.Responsibilities: Monitor surveillance cameras to identify disruptions and monitor people in the dispensary. Ensure that health, safety, and security standards are followed. Perform safety and regulatory audits. Welcome and check in patients, caregivers, and visitors at the dispensary. Position Summary:Lab Packaging Technicians are responsible for packaging the items produced by the laboratory such as: cartridges, tinctures, etc. Attention-to-detail is key in this role as measuring, counting, and labeling accurate are essential.Hours are: 3PM - 11PM (M-F) Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Adhere to the daily packaging schedules to ensure attainment of efficiency goals. Contribute to continuous improvement of TerrAscend process SOPs, work instructions and controlled document revisions. Manage inventory of packaging and labeling components, finished products, and other items by maintaining accurate records. Adhere to safe chemical handling and disposal procedures as defined by SOPs and material safety data sheets (MSDS). Ensure the safety of themselves and others by maintaining a safe and orderly environment. Report to and actively support Packaging Lead on a daily basis to ensure attainment of goals and deadlines. Drive productivity and cost-effective packaging processes and develop innovative plans to achieve optimization. Work nights and weekends as needed to complete critical tasks. The SOX Coordinator will be responsible for driving a matrixed team of department leaders to ensure key controls are maintained and adhered to. The SOX Coordinator will be an active member of the Data and Compliance team, and work with IT teams and department leaders for control audits as they become due, coordinating the engagement with necessary meetings and visibility for measured success. The SOX Coordinator will also perform tasks associated with general access control for systems. The SOX Coordinator must be well-spoken and understand how to navigate complex business expectations using a variety of project management and documentation tools.Responsibilities Coordinate SOX meetings and audits via phone, email, and chat systems. Work with business stakeholders to properly document controls and control results which may include spreadsheets, documentation, and flow charts. The Senior Sales Manager, NJ is responsible for all sales activity to third party customers & wholesale accounts in the state of NJ. The Senior Sales Manager, NJ is responsible for all sales activity to third party customers & wholesale accounts in the state of NJ. This position reports to the Director of Sales, Wholesale for the Northeast Business unit. This position requires frequent travel throughout the state of New Jersey.Responsibilities: Develop, motivate, and engage Territory Sales Managers in NJ. Own key accounts that represent significant market share to our wholesale business strategies. Drive, develop, and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and launch a joint business planning program with partners, internal and external. Execute key strategic accounts strategy at state level. Create and communicate sales goals to ensure senior-level executives are informed of progress. Understand and share industry-specific patterns, trends, and landscapes in the state. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. Maintain and report pipeline of sales to accurately forecast. Work closely with Marketing, Planning, and Commercial partners to achieve sales goals and strategic objectives. Attend conferences, trade shows, and travel to visit partners as needed. Experience & Requirements: Experience leading a team as a sales leader, including coaching and team development.
