About the Role
Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program called Lyra Care Therapy: blending live video sessions with between-session digital psychoeducation and customizable skill building tools. The anticipated starting base salary for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Lyra is $70,000 annually. The base salary is determined by role and placement within the range, and will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, and location.

This internship runs from May 2026 to August 2026. REX Baseball is a collegiate summer wood-bat team in Terre Haute, IN, competing in the Prospect League. Since its founding in 2010, REX Baseball has captured two Prospect League Championships (2015 & 2018) and has built a reputation for helping staff and athletes advance to the next level. We've had former interns and staff go on to work for major sports organizations like the NFL, NBA, MLB, MiLB, PGA, UFC, and more.
If you're passionate about sports broadcasting, game-day production, and camera operations, this internship will give you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, exciting sports environment. You'll work closely with our production and media team, contributing to live broadcasts, in-game entertainment, and video production while gaining valuable knowledge that can elevate your career in the sports industry. This internship is available only to college students seeking UNPAID college credit or experience to build a standout resume.
Qualifications/Requirements:
The official regular home season begins June 1st and ends July 31st, with the potential to host playoff games through the first week of August.
Complete internship dates: May 27th to August 12th, including setup and teardown for pre/post season.
Must be able to work all 2026 home games.

Documents the physician or practitioner's dictation and/or activities during the patient visit into the electronic EMR at the direction of a physician or practitioner. The scribe does not act independently and the physician or practitioner must authenticate the scribe's entry/documentation by signing, dating, and timing it.
Follows all human resource, Information Management, and HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights standards and policies as other personnel.
Documents his or her role as the scribe as well as times and signs as the scribe. This documentation will be clearly identifiable and distinguishable from that of the physician or practitioner or other staff.
Assists the physician or practitioner in navigating the EMR and in locating information such as test results and lab results.
Supports work flow and documentation for medical record coding.
The individual working as a scribe will not work as a clinical assistant simultaneously during the same encounter.
Communicates with interdisciplinary services regarding patient needs as indicated.
Knows and practices good customer service; demonstrates friendly and caring attitude toward patients and families.
Good rapport with co-workers and medical providers. Works to create a pleasant work environment as well as viewed as an asset to the patient's medical team.
The responsibilities listed above are not all-inclusive; other activities may be required in support of the hospital's goals and objectives.
Position Requirements:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
Computer and typing skills are required
Ability to operate a computer and/or laptop through proficient typing, clicking, and viewing a monitor for extended periods
Experience with medical terminology
Current CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to perform complex and multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing work environment subject to stress and interruption in an organized and timely fashion
Pay Range:
Pay ranges from $15.000/hour to $20.603/hour (rate of pay is based on applicable years of experience)

What You'll Do:
The primary responsibility of a Indiana First Steps provider is to evaluate and provide treatment for pediatric patients between the ages of birth and three years with needs in the areas of physical, social-emotional, self-help, communication, and cognitive development.
First Steps at APT, while working primarily in children's natural environments (homes, daycares, community centers, etc.) also have the opportunity to work in other APT offices and contract locations, depending on the counties/areas served.
First Steps Developmental Therapist Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:
Treat children from birth to age 3 for cognitive and social interaction skills to achieve highest level of functioning and to prevent regression.
Work closely with patients' caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) through a Coaching Model.
Accurately document treatment sessions as well as progress or evaluation reports in detail.
Maintain professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations.
Requirements
Education/Licenses:?
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in early childhood or special education (with an early childhood focus)
Individuals with a bachelor's degree in communication disorders (including a bachelor's degree in speech and language) may be considered for a more specific communication-focused role (DT-C)
Individuals with related degrees may be considered if they have completed at least 15 hours of academic coursework related to child development
Experience & Skills:
Preferred candidates have at least one year of experience providing Part C early intervention services, and would be considered as an early childhood specialist (DT-EC)
First-year?developmental?therapists with no previous Part C early intervention experience must enroll at the associate level (DT-A) and receive one year of supervision to ensure professional competency.
After one year of supervision, DT-A may request enrollment as DT-EC or DT-C
Physical Needs:
Ability to travel to homes, daycares, and other community settings within the service area
Ability to adapt to needs of patients and caregivers within their natural environments
Ability to be flexible with patients and re-schedule as needed
Excellent communication skills - oral and written
