Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking a Territory Manager to manage a territory that includes: Western Tennessee, Northern Alabama, Northern Arkansas, and Northern Mississippi. The Territory Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of Weather Shield window and door products in a specified territory. Maintaining current accounts and prospecting new accounts. Promote Weather Shield products across the territory, driving account growth. The ideal candidate will have some industry experience and be self-motivated, timely and accurately perform work. Development of a positive working relationship with supervisor, co-workers, other employees and outside contacts. This position will have a home office and will mostly work in the field with frequent travel to accounts within the assigned territory. This position has a salary and commission structure.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain relations with current established account and develop new accounts.
Support accounts with sales training, product samples and attending sales functions.
Maintain good communication with Sales Managers, Customer Service and Field Service employees.
Write business plans, weekly expense reports and monthly sales reports.
Assist dealers and distributors with product issues.
Promote product in territory with architects and builders.
Perform other job-related duties as necessary to fulfill responsibilities of position.
Frequent travel to accounts within territory may require overnight travel
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required. Must have valid driver's license and at least 3 years of outside sales experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of millwork industry or some experience working with architects or some experience working with high-end building material dealers. Must have good customer service skills, ability to build and maintain relationships. Must be proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, keyboards, or keypads. The employee is frequently required to talk, hear, and to reach with hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move boxes or products of 25 pounds. We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our winning sales team. The TSM will report to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for identifying growth opportunities in the market, communicating aligned plans, and driving execution within the market. The TSM will be directly responsible for building/maintaining relationships in the geography and finding unique ways to enhance our brands to customers and consumers. This person will utilize strategic thinking to create joint business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and solve market challenges.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Develop and influence relationships and execution with our Pepsi Bottlers in the Alabama and Georgia markets
+ Ability to analyze syndicated data and other internal selling tools to create insights and action for our Bottling partners
+ Manage assigned budget, billing and invoice reconciliation
+ Build full year forecast for assigned geography and update monthly
+ Enhance Brand visibility and awareness by gaining new distribution and incremental displays/cold availability
+ Work collaboratively with Bottler/Distributor and share best practices, acting as a major contributor/peer leader
+ Analyze monthly sales reports to identify opportunities, assess underperforming geographies and develop actionable plans to address
+ Manage, build and move displays and/or product to establish best location for sales on all company products as necessary
+ Gather Voice of Customer feedback locally to enhance our selling strategies and 'Locally Even Better' initiatives
+ Collaborate internally with key stakeholders to improve processes, route to market strategy and elevate business acumen
+ Execute weekly Bottler/Market visits in territory with our Bottling partners to drive executional excellence at retail and uncover local opportunities as assigned
+ Conduct sales rallies with frontline leadership teams supporting key priorities and big bets

What You'll Do
Sales & Lead Management
* Manage all prospect inquiries and track progress using the CRM system, from initial contact to final decision

* Conduct tours and engage other team members to help demonstrate Legacy's vibrant community culture

Marketing & Community Engagement
* Develop and execute a community-specific marketing plan that includes referral outreach, community involvement, and promotional campaigns
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, churches, senior centers, and other key referral sources
* Host and coordinate onsite events and educational sessions for prospects, families, and professionals
* Lead internal training for staff on how each department plays a role in the marketing and customer experience
* Represent Legacy at community events, networking functions, and industry gatherings to increase visibility and build goodwill
Move-In & Transition Support
* Serve as the family's main point of contact through the move-in process
* Provide and manage all paperwork, ensuring timely completion and compliance
* Coordinate with the Wellness Nurse and Resident Services Director to schedule assessments and prepare for move-in
* Ensure smooth transitions through open communication, reassurance, and follow-up after move-in
* Keep staff informed of new residents and ensure warm welcomes and successful onboarding

Territory managers are factory trained with in-depth reviews of application information for each product line and hands-on demonstrations. Once in the field, our territory managers are supported by a team of seasoned engineers and product managers to take on some of the most challenging applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and in-depth working knowledge of machining. Responsibilities will include field technical support of our end-user customers, field technical support for our distribution partners, and sales. Ultimately, the Territory Manager will be responsible for the level and quality of sales in the territory.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage customer relationships with assigned territory

Responsibilities
Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of all Sales programs and activities
Assume management responsibility for all services and activities of the Sales Department within the facility including sales tools and materials, proposals, sales calls and contracts
Train, motivate and evaluate all sales personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination procedures
Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for providing marketing, booking and sales services
Participate in the development and administration of the annual budget; forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; direct the monitoring of and approve expenditures; direct and implement adjustments as necessary

Qualifications
