About the Role
The Regional Account Manager is a front-line sales role, reporting into the Regional Sales Manager. The RAM is responsible for delivering budgeted sales within their sales territory through strong account management, existing customer support and new business acquisition. Working remotely the RAM will oversee all customer interactions within their territory, working closely with the internal sales and the customer service team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Sales
In person sales functions with all key accounts within the simulation market that will include but are not limited to; nursing schools, medical schools, hospital-based patient safety officers, clinical education, medical directors, etc.
Execute national sales plan within their designated region
Ensure all sales budgets are hit
Ensure all core metrics are delivered in alignment with RSM - call rates, journey planning, average quotation value, pipeline efficiency
Expectation to be customer facing minimum 3 days a week
Work closely with internal sales team to coordinate sales campaign execution, exhibition lead follow ups, and overall calendar plan
Proactively maintain a healthy pipeline and correctly reporting sales forecasts
Plan and implement a 6-week travel plan based on account classification and customer heat mapping
Attend all relevant trade shows and exhibitions while ensuring all leads and follow ups and conducted in a timely manner
General
To work in a positive and engaging manner with all members of the team including internal logistics, customer service, internal sales and management
Ensure expenses and cost lines are in line with budgets and sales activity
Responsible for ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of all products, the medical simulation market, and competitor landscape
Being accountable for reporting on weekly / monthly data
Maintaining the US databases and CRM system
Domestic travel as required to exhibitions, conferences and sales calls
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification

Are you a high-performing sales leader with a strong ability to drive revenue, lead teams, and sell premium services? We're hiring a Senior Travel Sales Manager to join one of the fastest-growing luxury spa groups in the country. In this role, you'll travel to high-priority locations to coach teams, lead in-spa sales efforts, stabilize performance, and ensure a five-star client experience.
About the Role
This is a travel-based leadership position where you will be deployed to one MedSpa location at a time for 60 to 90 days per assignment, depending on how quickly the location stabilizes. You'll manage performance, coach team members, and implement high-conversion strategies. Once aligned, you'll move on to the next priority location.
Coverage includes: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
All travel costs are fully covered. You'll return home between deployments.
Schedule: Sunday through Friday (Saturday off)
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations and strategy at assigned MedSpa locations
Support new spa openings and align new team members
Sell premium services such as injectables, facials, skincare, body contouring, and memberships
Train and motivate in-spa teams to exceed revenue goals
Coach front desk and sales staff on conversion tactics and service presentation
Build long-term client relationships to increase retention and referrals
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of strong sales leadership experience, ideally in high-end services (spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality)
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
Background in multi-location or high-volume sales team management
Strong client-facing communication skills and a polished, professional presence
Open and flexible availability for 60-90 day travel assignments
MedSpa experience is a strong plus but not required if you have solid luxury or consultative sales background
Compensation & Benefits
During Paid Training (First 30 Days):
$3,000/month base salary
5%-10% commission on net sales, even during training
Top performers consistently earn well above base
After Second Month of Deployment:
$1,000 monthly bonus (no absences)
