HOPE ~ HEALTH ~ HEALING Seeking a Children Behavioral Health Technician for an exciting collaboration with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley at an assigned BGCAZ location in Kingman, AZ. Facilitates CFT/Service Plan meetings according to the Arizona Model and RBHA guidelines in order to create individualized service plans as identified by the CFT members. Ensures families understand the behavioral health process, the role of CFT Facilitator, and ensure family participation that links them to natural or community-based supports. Coordinates and schedules CFT/Service Plan meetings with natural, formal supports, and system stakeholders Submits appropriate referrals to clinical outpatient services within agency and other behavioral health providers identified by the CFT. Updates and maintains electronic medical records on each case which include but not limited to; Annual Assessment Update, RBHA demographics, Child and adolescent service intensity instrument (CALOCUS), and CFT/Service Plan Completes strength assessments and crisis/safety plans with families according to RBHA and the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) guidelines. Develops positive supportive relationships with consumers, family, stakeholders, and other Terros employees and Boys and Girls Club employees. Actively leads group prevention or therapeutic group activities at assigned Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley locations. *This position is funded by a grant, which is for a pre-determined timeframe. Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events. Must be at least 21 years of age. Background check. Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm. Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
