Position Overview
Assessment Proctors are responsible for facilitating and administering tests and exams for students who require small group and individual accommodations or for students who previously missed an exam while absent. Reporting to the Assessment Coordinator, proctors are responsible for administering exams and make-up exams, assisting students with understanding testing requirements, troubleshooting system or equipment malfunctions, and maintaining student records. Job DescriptionPosition Description: The part-time Community Program Presenter (CPP) is a community outreach position of Girl Scouts Louisiana East. This position is responsible for delivering and facilitating interactive Girl Scouts (GS) program presentations, events, and activities with K-12 girls from diverse backgrounds and cultures in schools, churches, community centers, public forums, and other non-traditional settings, generate awareness and increase interest in participating in Girl Scouting.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIESSet Up and Support Events: Transport materials and supplies to event locations. Help with setting up and taking down equipment, tables, and A/V gear.
