Cons of working at Terumo Cardiovascular Group

There are no performance metrics in place as others have stated. Raise based on favorites. Quarterly review consisted of, Did you meet with your supervisor, yes or no. Did you read your job description, yes or no. This line of questioning goes on for years and nothing to justify a raise or promotion. Terumo's position is provide little training on complex life saving equipment. Then you do the job or your gone. This was once a best in class world renowned medical equipment and disposable manufacturing company. No more under the current CEO, which for some reason doesn't get fired. 7 figure pay for no leadership. The above is based on fact with years of experience with company. Look elsewhere for job opportunities.
