As a customer account representative, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service to patients, professionals, and insurance companies. This is a fully remote position; however, it is not a flexible or on-demand schedule. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment where you can handle back-to-back phone calls and maintain focus throughout your shift. Please note: Working remotely is not a substitute for childcare. Candidates must have appropriate arrangements in place to ensure they are fully available and able to respond to calls and tasks as they come in throughout the workday. Your Primary Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or GED required. • Associate degree in a clinical or business field preferred. • Minimum 2 years of call center experience required; experience in a physician office preferred. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask. • Proficiency with EHR systems and general office software. • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA guidelines. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must work at least two weekend days per month (9am-5pm), (Cannot work more than 30 hours per week). Please Note: Training schedule for the per diem shifts is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for 5 weeks.
