What You'll Do
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you'll play a key role in supporting residents' health and happiness. You'll work under physician orders and alongside our nursing team to ensure medications are passed accurately, safely, and compassionately.
Your day-to-day includes:
Administering medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies
Maintaining accurate electronic health records (we're tech-friendly and value attention to detail!)
Building real relationships - listening, communicating, and supporting residents and families
Promoting safety, infection control, and residents' rights - always
Assisting CNAs and nurses with light nursing care activities as needed

What We're Looking For
