Successful company
Terrible management / employee to management structure
-
Elon musk is a good guy. I just wish he saw how some of the new employees are treated in the solar warehouse east coast branches are treated. They work you like a horse and treat you terribly. I worked extremely hard for them even inured my back and let me go but kept the other guy that got hired at the same time as me after 6 months. Seems like there plan the whole time was to let one of us go. And use the other for half a year without telling us it’s a contract position. Pretty unethical and deceitful if you ask me.
Improve management get better managers in there. Lots of managerial self importance and power greed that I notice that goes on .
Research.
Average to below average I would say.
Literally nothing if you work in the solar warehouse position in Wilmington mass for Tesla. You will absolutely hate it. There is no Joy in this position you can’t even feel independent, the branch manager (s) breath down your back like crazy they give you absolutely zero room to feel comfortable. It is horrible, can’t even leave for a minute to get a snack they won’t even let you use the break room unless it’s lunch time once a day. And that’s even if we’re all caught up with everything.
It’s alright.
Good industry knowledge and hands on experiences
Lack of management and a revolving door
Free fsd
Ehh not much
Culture is ok
I didnt it was pretty straightforward just know the products
Beliw average
Good
The most joy came from helping excited new telsa vehicle owners
The people and the mission.
Poor management, growth is based on friendships not merit.
Gym membership and stock
Free self driving
Incompetent foreign workers, inexperienced management
Good health benefit
The benefits and job itself
The way upper management handled the lay offs and communication
free health care and working remote
I really enjoyed having hands on work and being able to build and stay busy
I did not like the management at all, they picked and chose who they liked and the importance they carried and put all others aside.
i liked the health benefits they did give and the opportunity they gave me at a young age.
They have good benefits.
A numbers focused environment with a high turnover. Lots of pressure on associate level employees to take on the labor of multiple people to make up for shortage, even if it puts their health at risk. Management doesn’t take proactive steps to improve the human experience and blames employees.
Health insurance. It’s needed as there is a high rate of stress injuries.
They allow you overtime, my team was awesome and my bosses were cool and the pay is cool too.
It's cold in GA4, you have to be very very careful where you step it's dangerous. The bathrooms are to far and so is the lunch room.
The pay good.
management isn't too well. I feel ignored and overlooked most times.
The free stock that they provide is pretty neat.
The Culture is great. Amazing employees management cares about each person. And open door policy throughout the company
No dress code. I don’t love seeing people in sweatpants in a corporate environment.
Tesla products and vehicles !
Tesla is an innovative company that has made me very adept
It is near impossible for management to have a work/life balance
Free health care and an employee stock purchase program
The culture and mission to make the world a better place is infectious. Fun fast-paced. working for the most innovated company in the world.
Upper management lost sight of our mission.
stock options, 401k, health benefits, product discounts.
Strong work ethic needed to be successful, good supporting team and challenging yet educational.
Learning new technology and systems associated with the vehicles.
I wish I could say anything positive but there honestly isn't anything to say. Working at Tesla is akin to slave labor where the dumbest survive.
Unskilled people promoted quickly and everyone works for themselves not as a team. The management isn't helpful and is many times as unskilled as the associates
There are none.
