What You'll Do
* Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome

* Inspire and educate guests by answering questions and curating a tailored product experience, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations aligned with their interests

* Support sales pipeline health by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
* Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners

What You'll Bring
* 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet and exceed goals

What to Expect As a Production Control (PC) Supervisor, you will be playing a critical role in the success of production at the Gigafactory. * Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift/employees to achieve the required quality and production goals

* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain and/or distribution and logistics experience desirable. Minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory/Management role

Communicate emerging Global Quality Requirements (GQRs) and prepare for external audits.
Facilitate GMS BIQ basketweave process including:
Audit compliance reviews
Corrective action reports
SME training
Upcoming changes and events
Maintain knowledge of ISO and government regulatory requirements.
Administer/support systems for:
BIQ Quality Manual
GMS Document Control
Workplace Safety System Document Control
Plant-wide SharePoint and shared drive databases
Flexnet and ILM
Assist Flexnet users (GSC, production, engineering, quality) with access, login issues, and upgrades.
Upload updates to GMS document control for:

What You'll Do
* Serve as the on-site MRB representative for Field Return material flowing into GFNY
* Collaborate closely with Service, Production Control, Logistics, Quality, and Reman teams to maintain a smooth and efficient returns workflow
* Identify, document, and process nonconforming material, ensuring accurate classification and timely disposition within MRB systems
* Maintain data integrity and traceability for all inbound and outbound MRB transactions
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and support implementation of corrective actions
* Communicate and escalate workflow issues, blockers, or system gaps to leadership promptly to ensure timely resolution
* Support audits, inventory accuracy initiatives, root-cause investigations, and quality escalations related to Field Returns

* Experience as an MRB Technician, Quality Technician, Material Specialist, or similar role in manufacturing, production, logistics, or service environment
