What You'll Do
* Source parts from Distribution Centers and other Service Center locations and allocate them to vehicle service appointments
* Monitor inventory within the parts system, communicate parts updates and availability with relevant team members
* Review upcoming appointments and ensure they are properly prepared and documented in our system. Prepare internal orders for shipment to other service center locations
* Process and return warranty part shipments for quality assurance including handling hazardous materials and high-voltage batteries
* Systematically receive, inspect, and put away stock and special-order parts
* Escalate parts issues from internal or external suppliers in collaboration with Regional Parts Manager, acting as a point of contact to vendors and giving constructive feedback that will contribute to future improvements
* Pick up and transport parts using van or forklift, engaging third parties when necessary

The Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for defining the principles, standards, and design patterns to build secure products and enterprise tools for all of Cox Automotive's multi-cloud and on-premises environments. This position's architecture focus is on securing multi-cloud infrastructure and services and on-premises infrastructure. Peer cybersecurity architects will be focused on application security, software as a service (SaaS), and network security.
This role will use their deep cybersecurity knowledge in the designing and building of secure infrastructure and services in both multi-cloud and on-premises environments. They must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and propose well-defined cybersecurity architectural guidelines to be adopted by product and enterprise engineering teams. This role will directly report to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Architecture at Cox Automotive.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and recommend relevant cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails.
Drive the definition of cybersecurity guidelines across the product and enterprise architecture group by leading working groups focused on cybersecurity.
Develop secure design patterns in conjunction with the product and enterprise architecture group based on standards that can be adopted and implemented by engineering teams.
Contribute to the development of non-cyber architecture-related governance patterns, policies, and standards.
Provides complex analysis of potential risks to information systems' security and recommends innovative solutions.
Work with cross-functional technical, development and delivery teams to ensure the application of smooth, efficient and scalable release processes.
Engage with business teams and engineering teams to define cybersecurity guardrails that promote efficient and seamless adoption of secure design patterns.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
At least 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
Must have practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services and on-premises infrastructure.
Clearly articulate the objective of specific cybersecurity policies and procedures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent customer service skills, writing, and executive presentation skills.
Develop a strong and productive working environment with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with other Cox entities' cybersecurity teams to implement cybersecurity best practices.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $144,900.00 - $241,500.00. Role and Team
As a Security Guard, you will be an integral part of the Security Team executing processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected. Job Summary Reporting to the Operations Manager or designated manager, provide and record accurate information on vehicles being checked into auction for sale. Vehicle Check in Clerks work must be able to work outdoors under any type of weather conditions. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times.

Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service:
Make sure customers receive a prompt, efficient and courteous attention on the lot.
Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment.
Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customers questions, complaints or disputes. Advise the Operations Manager or designated manager of all serious complaints or incidences.
2. Process Check-In of Vehicles:
Using handheld computer, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, dealer identification number, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.
Verify the VIN number being entered matches the VIN number on the shipper's Bill of Lading.
Generate Stock-In sticker & Auction Sale Sticker (Vehicle Run Number) and apply to window.
Write vehicle run number on the passenger front side window.
Issue new run sticks for vehicles not sold in prior week's auction and input information into AuctionTrac.
3. Safety:
Make sure the area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries and loss or damage to any property.
Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities. Including handheld computer and printer. Inform the manger or supervisor of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.
4. Other:
Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.
Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to the Manager.

'Performs start-up/shut down and mold changes within assigned injection molding press and all other related equipment according to procedure and production schedules. Presses may vary in tonnage sizes, makes and models.
The Molding Process Technician Are Required to Complete the following Grupo Antolin Shelby Process Tracking Sheets Daily (The Number of Process sheets may be increased or reduced with Notification):
1) 1ST PIECE APPROVAL (Requires Sign Off).
2) PROCESS VERIFICATION SHEETS (Chech & Initials Required).
3) PRIMARY MAINTENANCE SHEETS (Check & Initials Required).
4) PURGE RECORD SHEET (Weigh, Record, Initials Required).

Verifies correct material and colorant are in hopper before starting up as well as clean out the hopper to reduce color change scrap.

What to Expect As a Delivery Vehicle Prep Specialist at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer delivery experience. Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with your team to enhance pre-delivery processes. You will ensure that every customer vehicle is meticulously prepared and ready for delivery.
Success in this role requires an energetic and efficient approach to problem-solving, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive attitude. We are seeking a candidate with positive energy, strong organizational skills, an exceptional work ethic, and a passion for Tesla's mission of sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
* Clean vehicles in compliance with Tesla's standards before delivery
* Operate equipment such as buffers, hoses, vacuums, etc. to perform detailed cleaning
* Manage vehicle arrivals, inventory across multiple locations, and safely move and charge vehicles as part of the pre-delivery process
* Coordinate with both internal and third-party logistics providers
* Conduct transportation and pre-delivery inspections
* Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality
* Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations
What You'll Bring
* Valid driver's license required
* Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
* Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and commitment
