The Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for defining the principles, standards, and design patterns to build secure products and enterprise tools for all of Cox Automotive's multi-cloud and on-premises environments. This position's architecture focus is on securing multi-cloud infrastructure and services and on-premises infrastructure. Peer cybersecurity architects will be focused on application security, software as a service (SaaS), and network security.
This role will use their deep cybersecurity knowledge in the designing and building of secure infrastructure and services in both multi-cloud and on-premises environments. They must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and propose well-defined cybersecurity architectural guidelines to be adopted by product and enterprise engineering teams. This role will directly report to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Architecture at Cox Automotive.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and recommend relevant cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails.
Drive the definition of cybersecurity guidelines across the product and enterprise architecture group by leading working groups focused on cybersecurity.
Develop secure design patterns in conjunction with the product and enterprise architecture group based on standards that can be adopted and implemented by engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
At least 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
Must have practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services and on-premises infrastructure.

Issue new run sticks for vehicles not sold in prior week's auction and input information into AuctionTrac.
3. Safety:
Make sure the area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries and loss or damage to any property.
Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities. Including handheld computer and printer. Inform the manger or supervisor of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.
4. Other:

Mission:
The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for making sure the injection molding machines are running to standard and producing quality parts. They are responsible for performing safe, quick, and accurate mold changes. They are also responsible for ensuring that the correct base resin, colorant and let down ratios are being used in each molding machine. They work with the Production Supervisors to ensure that customer schedules are met with the allotted business plan and labour, with minimal scrap and down time. Responsible for facility 5S, production efficiency (OEE), labour efficiency (OLE) and scrap percentages.
Responsibilities:
'Performs start-up/shut down and mold changes within assigned injection molding press and all other related equipment according to procedure and production schedules. Presses may vary in tonnage sizes, makes and models.
The Molding Process Technician Are Required to Complete the following Grupo Antolin Shelby Process Tracking Sheets Daily (The Number of Process sheets may be increased or reduced with Notification):
1) 1ST PIECE APPROVAL (Requires Sign Off).
2) PROCESS VERIFICATION SHEETS (Chech & Initials Required).
3) PRIMARY MAINTENANCE SHEETS (Check & Initials Required).
4) PURGE RECORD SHEET (Weigh, Record, Initials Required).
5) TOOL CHANGE CHECK SHEET (Mold Change, Sign Off Required).
6) WEEKLY PRIMARY MAINTENANCE FOR MOLDING PROCESS (Task List & Sign Off Required).
7) END OF SHIFT REPORT (Required to be complete detailing the Shift Efforts and Issues).
Troubleshoots injection molding machine issues, secondary fixture issues, and processing, robotics or tool issues. Work in conjunction with maintenance personnel and other support personnel to have the least amount of downtime understanding that every minute counts.
Safely operate overhead crane to transport molds from one area/machine to another.
Ensures assigned presses are operating at established Processes and Cycle Times producing quality parts. A DEVIATION Request May be needed when adjusting the process when quality and/or the cycle is out of specification.
Monitor and record process adjustments to achieve targets without jeopardizing quality.
Makes suggestions for continuous process and cycle time improvements & carefully monitor and minimize scrap.
Assures mold changes are done efficiently and verify changes are correct before starting the machine.
Required to Save and tag last shots from previous jobs.
Assures press and surrounding area is clean before startup of machine. (PRIMARY MAINTENANCE Applies)
Immediately Escalate Press or Tool Downtime, Notify Supervisor of Work Order Request with details of Machine or Tool Issue.
Verifies correct material and colorant are in hopper before starting up as well as clean out the hopper to reduce color change scrap.
Provides support on all resin handling equipment in the molding area and ensure that it is operating correctly.
Works with supervision to maximize machine time by color changing and resin changing in time and in a safe manner.
Understands the operation of the Shelby Con-Air resin handling system.
Molding Technicians Must Notify Molding Team Supervisor (N+1) of Time Off Requests, or Emergency Call-In Requests
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
5-7 Years of related experience. Experience in mold setting and all auxiliary equipment. Experience in resin/colorant a plus. Experience with overhead cranes, proper rigging techniques, forklift operation.
Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
Must be very organized and detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
Manage time effectively.
Capable of producing a quality molded part thru process changes, also ability to program robots, given the proper training. Knowledge of lockout tag out, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics.

**The role:**
The Material Industrial Engineer is an integral part to daily and future Global Supply Chain (GSC) operations. The Material Industrial Engineer will lead Lean Material Strategies (LMS) initiatives at Spring Hill GPS and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for daily and future material automation applications.

The Material Industrial Engineer will lead and support complex supply chain projects, particularly material automation projects, that involve collaboration between several in-plant departments, Headquarters engineering organizations, UAW team members, and third-party suppliers and contractors. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills are essential for success in this role.
**What you'll do:**
Automation Projects:
+ Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of large-scale material automation projects that drive reductions to labor costs and/or increases to operational efficiencies
+ Collaborate with Headquarters engineering groups to develop business cases, Statements of Work (SOW), and Statements of Requirement (SOR) for new cost saving projects, particularly material automation projects and projects that support LMS
+ Analyze data used for simulations to evaluate material automation feasibility and capability
+ Build systems to ensure safe and efficient human interaction with material automation
+ Analyze labor utilizations and implement job rebalances using GMOS, STDS, and APS
+ Partner with engineering, operations, and other organizations to design new material packaging, gravity flow racks, dollies, and material staging stands to ensure designs meet quality, safety, ergonomic, and throughput requirements
+ Support the configuration of automation workflows with robotic cells, other material automation vendors, and material pull systems
+ Strategize interim-state installation plans to ensure production targets are met
+ Participate in safety buyoff processes, including g-Risks and g-Comply, for new equipment and automation
+ Travel to equipment suppliers as needed to support the runoff (equipment specification testing) process
+ Partner with several stakeholder groups to support the automation installation process, including Start of Regular Production (SORP)
+ Support large-scale production projects that involve the introduction of robotic cells, cobots, and other automated assembly line equipment as needed
Material Automation Operations:
+ Program and make logic and systematic changes to a fleet of automated mobile equipment from multiple vendors
+ Continuously improve material delivery routes for automation and drivers
+ Leverage data to provide root cause analysis for complex material automation faults and inefficiencies
+ Drive Throughput Improvement Process (TIP) improvements for a fleet of automated mobile equipment using data analytics
+ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for, train, and provide guidance to a team of UAW material automation attendants
+ Standardize material automation fault recovery strategies and Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks
+ Establish material automation sustainment strategies, including spare parts planning, coordinating software updates, and coordinating supplier technician support
GSC Operations:
+ Continuously improve dock, material staging, and warehouse layouts and operations
+ Analyze existing operations and drive continuous improvements (CI) to processes and jobs with collaboration from UAW team members
+ Lead and support Operational Excellence projects
+ Monitor adherence to recommended Safety procedures and ergonomics guidelines
**Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related degree, or equivalent experience
+ 2+ years of work or educational experience in data analytics
+ 2+ years of work or educational experience in automation, robotics, or general programming
+ 1+ years of work or educational experience in supply chain
+ 1+ years of work or educational experience in human factors (time studies, ergonomics, human-computer interaction, etc.)
+ High level of interpersonal skills

Role and Team

Responsibilities

Assist with vehicle preservation: Closing open windows and/or wrapping vehicle with collision tape to prevent weather damage

Role and Team
As a Security Guard, you will be an integral part of the Security Team executing processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected. At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates. You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed. You will be adept at utilizing ADESA technology. You will support vehicle location research when necessary. This position is hourly and reports to the Operations or designated manager. This position may work various shifts and weekends.
Responsibilities
Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises. Sound alarms and notify authorities in case of emergency.
Verify only authorized individuals enter the property. Provide facility directions to customers, vendors and transporters.
Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property.
Check departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property.
Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
When difficult situations arise, de-escalate situations to ensure we win with partners and collaborate on the forefront.
Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.
Verify the VIN number being entered matches the VIN number on the shipper's Bill of Lading.
Watch and report irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes and doors left unsecured.
Account for and identify all keys, codes or other safety and security information
Maintain a current list of emergency and management telephone numbers
Maintain good operating condition of all equipment and facilities, including handheld devices and printers. Notify management of all breakdowns and maintenance needs.
Maintain a professional appearance and orderly work environment
Practice and promote teamwork continuously. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance
Maintain a good flow of communication with all auction team members and leaders
Skills and Attributes
1 - 2 years of experience within a customer service environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to relate well with others and establish strong working relationships
Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way
Ability to accurately enter data on a handheld device or computer
Strong customer service skills
Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Requires computer data entry skills
Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license that meets the requirements
Able to safely drive a variety of make/model/sizes of vehicles
Requires standing for extended periods

Responsibilities
Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.

Generate Stock-In sticker & Auction Sale Sticker (Vehicle Run Number) and apply it to the window.
Write vehicle run number on the window.
Issue new run stickers for vehicles not sold in prior week's auction and input information into AuctionTrac.
Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit property
Observe departing vehicles to guard against theft of company property
