* Ensure that all measurement equipment is calibrated and maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and that all measurement data is accurate and reliable
* Develop and implement strategies to improve incoming quality, including inspection and testing procedures, and collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and improve overall quality performance
* Provide leadership and guidance to metrology technicians and quality engineers, including training and development opportunities, and ensure that all personnel are competent in the use of measurement tools and software
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, and testing, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on incoming quality and dimensional inspection

* Working knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems
* Hands-on machining experience including mills, lathes, saws, grinders, etc
* Experience rigging, driving forklift, driving scissor lifts, and using pallet jacks
