Responsible for entering and sending factory purchase orders to factories for replenishment orders, and assisting in new style orders, with correct detail. Handle Branded item and guest brand PO requests, setting up styles in Blue Cherry and enter the purchase order in Blue Cherry. Maintain Bulk panty orders chart and keep blue cherry and forecast up to date based on pull quantities. Assist in requesting and follow up for special sample requests from cross functional teams for store events or photo shoots with factories for cross functional teams. Responsible to send weekly packages to the Hong Kong Office. Assist in updating delivery dates in Blue Cherry as needed.
