What You'll Do
* Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
* Engage guests in meaningful conversation to understand who they are, what brought them to Tesla, and their intent and timeline for purchase-building a complete and personalized customer profile
* Inspire and educate guests by answering questions and curating a tailored product experience, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations aligned with their interests
* Conduct engaging delivery orientations, highlighting key features and benefits to ensure new owners feel confident and excited about their vehicle
* Support pipeline health by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers

The Senior Lead Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for defining the principles, standards, and design patterns to build secure products and enterprise tools for all of Cox Automotive's multi-cloud and on-premises environments. This position's architecture focus is on securing multi-cloud infrastructure and services and on-premises infrastructure. Peer cybersecurity architects will be focused on application security, software as a service (SaaS), and network security.
This role will use their deep cybersecurity knowledge in the designing and building of secure infrastructure and services in both multi-cloud and on-premises environments. They must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization and propose well-defined cybersecurity architectural guidelines to be adopted by product and enterprise engineering teams. This role will directly report to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Architecture at Cox Automotive.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and recommend relevant cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails.
Drive the definition of cybersecurity guidelines across the product and enterprise architecture group by leading working groups focused on cybersecurity.
Develop secure design patterns in conjunction with the product and enterprise architecture group based on standards that can be adopted and implemented by engineering teams.
Contribute to the development of non-cyber architecture-related governance patterns, policies, and standards.
Provides complex analysis of potential risks to information systems' security and recommends innovative solutions.
Work with cross-functional technical, development and delivery teams to ensure the application of smooth, efficient and scalable release processes.
Engage with business teams and engineering teams to define cybersecurity guardrails that promote efficient and seamless adoption of secure design patterns.

Collaborate with data users, software and other technical stakeholders to ensure security considerations are factored into and underpin development and operational decision making.
Collaborate with cybersecurity peers to incorporate vulnerability management, governance, risk and compliance, cyber defense, continuous controls monitoring, and identity governance into cybersecurity standards as a cohesive cybersecurity organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
At least 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
Must have practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services and on-premises infrastructure.
Clearly articulate the objective of specific cybersecurity policies and procedures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $144,900.00 - $241,500.00. Role and Team
As a Security Guard, you will be an integral part of the Security Team executing processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected. Greet customers at the gate and provide prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.

Using a handheld device, input vehicle information including the VIN number, miles, owner identification, vehicle options, repair orders and any other pertinent information.

Generate Stock-In sticker & Auction Sale Sticker (Vehicle Run Number) and apply to window.
Write vehicle run number on the passenger front side window.
Issue new run sticks for vehicles not sold in prior week's auction and input information into AuctionTrac.
3. Safety:
Make sure the area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries and loss or damage to any property.
Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities. Including handheld computer and printer. Inform the manger or supervisor of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately.
4. Other:

The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for making sure the injection molding machines are running to standard and producing quality parts. They are responsible for performing safe, quick, and accurate mold changes. They are also responsible for ensuring that the correct base resin, colorant and let down ratios are being used in each molding machine. They work with the Production Supervisors to ensure that customer schedules are met with the allotted business plan and labour, with minimal scrap and down time. Responsible for facility 5S, production efficiency (OEE), labour efficiency (OLE) and scrap percentages.
Responsibilities:
'Performs start-up/shut down and mold changes within assigned injection molding press and all other related equipment according to procedure and production schedules. Presses may vary in tonnage sizes, makes and models.
The Molding Process Technician Are Required to Complete the following Grupo Antolin Shelby Process Tracking Sheets Daily (The Number of Process sheets may be increased or reduced with Notification):
1) 1ST PIECE APPROVAL (Requires Sign Off).
2) PROCESS VERIFICATION SHEETS (Chech & Initials Required).
3) PRIMARY MAINTENANCE SHEETS (Check & Initials Required).
4) PURGE RECORD SHEET (Weigh, Record, Initials Required).
5) TOOL CHANGE CHECK SHEET (Mold Change, Sign Off Required).

Makes suggestions for continuous process and cycle time improvements & carefully monitor and minimize scrap.

Assures press and surrounding area is clean before startup of machine. (PRIMARY MAINTENANCE Applies)

Verifies correct material and colorant are in hopper before starting up as well as clean out the hopper to reduce color change scrap.

Role and Team
As a Security Guard, you will be an integral part of the Security Team executing processes at our facility to ensure our associates, customers, and assets are protected. At our gates, you will be the face of ADESA to our customers, vendors and associates. You will play an active role in ensuring our Inventory Control procedures are followed. This position is subject to both inside and outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems, such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with internal and external service station/convenience food and petroleum dispensing operations.
