Job Title: Quality Technician - Electronics Department: Current State - Production / Future State - Quality Job Summary: The Quality Technician - Electronics is responsible for performing end-of-line testing of electronic equipment to ensure products meet functional, electrical, and quality specifications before release to customers. This role requires hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to maintain product reliability and compliance. Responsibilities: Perform electrical and functional tests on finished products using test equipment, fixtures, and software tools. Work Instruction Compliance: Regularly audit production activities to confirm that all personnel are strictly adhering to current work instructions, procedures, quality standards and alerts. When VKS is available, confirming that personnel is logged into VKS and following it. Issue Escalation: Escalate any conflicts with requirements, persistent non-conformances, or unresolved quality issues to the Quality Manager or production supervisor in a timely manner. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately complete all inspection and testing records. Document inspection results and non-conformances and summarize findings in regular reports. Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with production line operators, maintenance staff, and quality team members regarding quality concerns, inspection results, and corrective actions.
