Job Overview:
As the Manufacturing Recruitment Lead, you will be the strategic architect of our manufacturing talent acquisition efforts across all U.S. sites. The responsibilities of the Manufacturing Recruitment Lead include, but are not limited to:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried manufacturing positions across all U.S. locations, ensuring annual hiring targets are met and supporting over 2,000 hires per year.
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, including escalation protocols, with a focus on reducing average time to offer (target: ≤44 days) and minimizing aged requisitions (target:
Research, recommend, and execute innovative sourcing strategies; partner with vendors to expand talent pipelines and increase offer acceptance rates.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including number of openings, offers, requisitions on hold, time to offer, and pipeline conversion rates. Provide weekly and monthly scorecard updates to leadership.
Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices, aiming to improve candidate quality and reduce interview-to-offer ratios.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to forecast future hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Advise HRBPs, hiring managers, and RPO partners on recruitment guidelines and diversity initiatives, with a goal to increase diverse candidate slates and hires.
Build and nurture the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and strategic partners.

The Credentials Intern supports the planning and distribution of credentials during the Month of May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge, Brickyard Weekend, and other related events. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Credentials & Logistics, this role assists with credential processing, customer service, and on-site event support.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships

Perform necessary organizational functions like laminating, alphabetizing, and other duties as assigned
Organize and distribute credentials and parking passes to internal and external stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Guest Experience Administration Intern will report to the Administration Coordinator to assist with seasonal staff recruitment, hiring/onboarding, communication, payroll, and seasonal staff training. The Intern will regularly work with our HR and Payroll departments to provide excellent service to our employees and problem-solve a variety of employee hiring, onboarding, and payroll issues. During the Month of May, the Guest Experience Administration Intern will conduct everyday administrative duties and work with Guest Experience staff to ensure that our large-scale events run smoothly.

As a Client Services Intern, you'll play a key role in delivering premium experiences during the Month of May at IMS, including the Indianapolis 500 and Brickyard Weekend. The Penske Entertainment Sustainability Intern is responsible for supporting all sustainability initiatives across the three business units (Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR, and IMSP). Join the team that maintains the most unique turf and landscape in sports. The Golf and Grounds Department of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is responsible for maintaining the turf and landscape of the historic motor speedway, including the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course. Brickyard Crossing, designed by architect Pete Dye, features 4 holes inside the motor speedway and has the unique distinction of having hosted PGA, Senior PGA, and LPGA Tour events.
Interns will learn and participate in the planning and maintenance of both the IMS grounds and golf course maintenance. Perspective interns should have the goal of working as a Golf Course Superintendent or in the Sports Business or Management industry. This is a manual labor intensive, hands-on learning experience with optional extracurricular activities to help candidates grow professionally.
Start and end dates to this internship can be flexible; dates can be adjusted to start earlier in the spring and stay later into the fall.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a part of the unique preparations, event execution, and cleanup for multiple events including the Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400 and other racing events from the facilities and grounds management perspective.
Under the guidance of the Golf & Grounds leadership team, participate in the execution of all agronomic practices performed on the IMS campus.
Assist in a variety of tasks in maintaining a championship level golf course.
Experience the continuation of campus wide and golf course modernization projects.

May assist in the calibration and application of plant protection products and fertilizers.

Working with the Coordinator, the Guest Experience Programs Intern will help primarily with the planning an execution of the Guest Experience Non-Profit Program. What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Assist in the development of business strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
Participate in the evaluation of potential business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Assist in the implementation of business development initiatives and monitor their progress.
Provide administrative support to the Strategy and Business Development team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum GPA 3.0
Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during semester.
Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
