With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for an Operational Technology (OT) Systems Engineer to join our global IT team. The OT Systems Engineer position can be located at any of our North America plants and will be determined based on the successful candidate's location. Operational technology is hardware and software that detects or causes a change, through the direct monitoring and/or control of physical devices, processes and events. For Auria, this includes industrial control devices (ICS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) in our manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on enhancing OT device data acquisition, management, and operational processes while bringing enterprise IT and cybersecurity best practices to the shop floor. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership experience in industrial environments with a deep understanding of IT/OT convergence in a manufacturing environment.
What you will do:
Technical Leadership:
Plan and execute projects focused on supporting plant staff in integrating shop floor equipment with business systems to improve overall operational effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional technical resources (IT, cybersecurity, maintenance, engineering, operations, and others) to ensure project milestones and goals are achieved.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in industrial automation, Industrial IoT (IIot) data analytics, and OT cybersecurity.
System Integration:
Establish and implement data collection frameworks for OT environments, enabling real-time monitoring and historical analysis.
Support predictive maintenance, process optimization, and quality improvement initiatives through data analytics.
Define data inputs and outputs that support AI-driven insights, in collaboration with data management and automation teams.
Coordinate the implementation of AI tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Information Technology:
Instill enterprise IT best practices in the manufacturing OT environments.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assess risks, implement security controls, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Support operations teams in responding to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and anomalies.
Communication & Training:
Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.
Develop and deliver training sessions for stakeholders, ensuring technology adoption and operational effectiveness of the integrated systems.

What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Technology, or a related field, preferred.
Five (5) or more years of experience in technical leadership within manufacturing, industrial automation, or IT/OT integration.
Minium of ten (10) years in a role focused in IT, OT, and/or control systems.
Proven experience integrating manufacturing OT systems with ERP/MES systems, preferably Plex and Plex MES Automation and Orchestration (Plex A&O, formerly Mach2).
Travel Requirements:
This position will require up to 50% travel to North America plants, including Mexico.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Expertise in global Industrial IoT (IIot) platforms, with PTC Kepware proficiency being highly preferred.
Strong understanding of OT systems, industrial network protocols, and shop floor technologies (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, sensors).
Experience with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
Familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms, predictive maintenance strategies, and equipment performance monitoring.
Understanding of how to apply IT best practices to OT environments, to include asset management, change management, disaster recovery planning, and others.
Experience with Zero Trust frameworks and cybersecurity tools (e.g., firewalls, NAC, SIEM).

Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance, with an investigation date within scope (6 years). TS/SCI is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with requirements management tools such as Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).

We're looking for an experienced Mid-Tier Network Administrator to complete our team. In this role, you will be a skilled professional specializing in Cisco and Fortinet network solutions, likely experienced in switches, routers, and firewalls, and potentially involved in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Mid-Tier Network Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Install and configure network equipment to resolve hardware or software issues.
Collaboration and working closely with business units, stakeholders, divisions, and end-users to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
Technical Expertise in additional skills such as PowerShell scripting, command-line, analysis, etc.
Problem-solving with the ability to adapt to troubleshooting and resolving issues within the network infrastructure.
Experience with RingCentral or other SaaS VoIP System.
Experience with vendor management and purchasing.
Strong Experience in network monitoring to identify performance improvement measures.
Support CAT 6/6A and fiber cable installation for new network connectivity as necessary.
Experience with network diagnostic tools and service aids to resolve equipment failures.
This position requires at least 5 years of experience in network administration or a similar capacity.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
Additional Requirements/Qualifications
An Associates degree in Computer Science or related education.
5+ years of experience with Network Administration.
Proven experience in customization, configuration, and development
Required experience with Cisco switch and router hardware.
Experience with Meraki Access Points.
Experience with Fortinet Firewalls.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable transportation with business-related milage paid.
Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Job Summary:
The Network Administrator is responsible for managing and securing Liberty Tire Recycling's network infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role supports a modern hybrid IT environment and involves administering FortiGate firewalls, Cisco and Ubiquiti networking equipment, and Azure networking components. The ideal candidate will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of all network systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and support network infrastructure including FortiGate firewalls, Cisco switches/routers, and Ubiquiti/UniFi devices
Design and manage VLANs, routing protocols, and Layer 3 segmentation for efficient and secure networking
Oversee hybrid cloud networking including Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), VPN Gateway, and ExpressRoute
Monitor and optimize network performance using diagnostic tools
Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, IDS/IPS, and perimeter security systems
Support secure Wi-Fi infrastructure and reliable wireless access
Assist with incident response and network-related investigations
Maintain detailed documentation of network topologies, configurations, and changes
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of FortiGate firewall configuration and management
Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies
Proficiency in VLAN configuration, subnetting, and Layer 3 routing
Deep understanding of network security protocols, including VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control
Familiarity with Ubiquiti/UniFi enterprise devices
Experience with Azure networking services such as VNets, NSGs, and ExpressRoute
Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues and maintain high uptime
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
Preferred:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher
Fortinet NSE (Network Security Expert) Certification
