Terrible management / employee to management structure
-
Elon musk is a good guy. I just wish he saw how some of the new employees are treated in the solar warehouse east coast branches are treated. They work you like a horse and treat you terribly. I worked extremely hard for them even inured my back and let me go but kept the other guy that got hired at the same time as me after 6 months. Seems like there plan the whole time was to let one of us go. And use the other for half a year without telling us it’s a contract position. Pretty unethical and deceitful if you ask me.
Improve management get better managers in there. Lots of managerial self importance and power greed that I notice that goes on .
Research.
Average to below average I would say.
Literally nothing if you work in the solar warehouse position in Wilmington mass for Tesla. You will absolutely hate it. There is no Joy in this position you can’t even feel independent, the branch manager (s) breath down your back like crazy they give you absolutely zero room to feel comfortable. It is horrible, can’t even leave for a minute to get a snack they won’t even let you use the break room unless it’s lunch time once a day. And that’s even if we’re all caught up with everything.
It’s alright.
I thought the pros of working in Tesla are high salary and the drive isnt to far.
In my experience, the cons of working at Tesla are the attitude of customers.
My favorite benefit is how easy the job is and how easily you can make a lot of money.
I cleaned myself up and dressed nicely
He is super rich and nice
by showing them how to be sigma
My compensation compensates for my teeny weeny

They have good benefits.
A numbers focused environment with a high turnover. Lots of pressure on associate level employees to take on the labor of multiple people to make up for shortage, even if it puts their health at risk. Management doesn’t take proactive steps to improve the human experience and blames employees.
Health insurance. It’s needed as there is a high rate of stress injuries.
Revolutionizing sustaining transportation, energy, and fostering the age of artificial intelligence all at once.
Retail sales is not my strength, but exposure to the environment has rounded my skillset further.
RSU's are best benefit, stock options, extremely inexpensive and all-encompassing healthcare plan, fast paced environment
Production of working at Tesla, the pay, the opportunities to learn so much, the experience of building a car, the diversity. Learning new and important types of jobs.
The cons are working 12 hours but it does go by fast. Really nothing else other than getting yourself conditioned for the long hours.
My favorite perk was that you get bonuses for your hard work.
Cool cutting edge projects and best state of the art tech used in labs.
No work life balance if u want to run a personal business or anything u wont have much time.
Health care day 1 paid for
Somewhat fun

Because Elon Musk is very Intelligent.
I love Engine car like Mahindra Thar, Toyota Fortuner, Mercedes G63 Gwagon rather than electric car bcz its looks like a box, if its looks will change then I will like.
We have a perk that is we can get 1 crore rupees if we work for 1 second its my favourite.

The way upper management handled the lay offs and communication
free health care and working remote
I really enjoyed having hands on work and being able to build and stay busy
I did not like the management at all, they picked and chose who they liked and the importance they carried and put all others aside.
i liked the health benefits they did give and the opportunity they gave me at a young age.
Lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Fun technology
high stress
driving the Teslas
The job had a lot of off days, 3-4 a week depending on the week.
To have a lot of days off you would work 12 hours a day. Management would change every couple months.
My favorite benefit was just meeting so many different people and really just having a lot of freetime
Fast paced high tech environment.
High demands
Free healthcare, free items.
They allow you overtime, my team was awesome and my bosses were cool and the pay is cool too.
It's cold in GA4, you have to be very very careful where you step it's dangerous. The bathrooms are to far and so is the lunch room.
The concept, vehicle tech and socialization.
Unrealistic pressure and goals, for minimal pay.
The Culture is great. Amazing employees management cares about each person. And open door policy throughout the company
No dress code. I don’t love seeing people in sweatpants in a corporate environment.

Tesla is a very dynamic and innovative company that keeps you on your toes.
Sometimes it gets a little too dynamic
Great benefits with healthcare.
the people and getting to know how to work on cars
too far from home
stocks and 401k
Being involved in cutting edge products that regularly make headlines.
The constant feeling that the job isn't secure. Lay offs are common and the pressure to perform is high.
Stock rewards
Working with Electric cars. Working with good employees
Management
Healthcare,401k, stock options.
I liked working at Tesla because it was very fast-paced.
The work-life balance at Tesla was highly skewed to the left.
My favorite perk about working at tesla were the health benefits.
The energy at this company was infectious.
Sometimes the commute was rough.
Being on the edge of technology and the bonuses
I love how inclusive tesla is. The environment is great and the employees there love their job.
12 hour shifts
The high salary. And the engineers are intelligent.
The long working hours and the double works. Sometimes the workers can be confused because they are told to do the same thing in different ways by different teams.
Travelling compensation. Tesla will reward you for riding to work as well.
Many opportunities for those who really work hard and want to move up in lives.
Health insurance covered & opportunity to participate in buying company stocks
The culture and mission to make the world a better place is infectious. Fun fast-paced. working for the most innovated company in the world.
Upper management lost sight of our mission.
stock options, 401k, health benefits, product discounts.
Strong work ethic needed to be successful, good supporting team and challenging yet educational.
Learning new technology and systems associated with the vehicles.
Staying busy
When there’s nothing to do
Medical, dental, vision, E-Trade, life insurance
Healthy environment lots of support.
Lots of challenges internally.
Meeting great people/ clients
For new experience and environment
I never have any problem where ever I work
Medical and retirement plan
The mission is terrific
There is no loyalty. If budget cuts need to happen anyone could be chopped no matter your skills or years.
The culture
I wish I could say anything positive but there honestly isn't anything to say. Working at Tesla is akin to slave labor where the dumbest survive.
Unskilled people promoted quickly and everyone works for themselves not as a team. The management isn't helpful and is many times as unskilled as the associates
There are none.
