Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team at (1) of their properties in Plymouth, MN . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in property management (as an assistant property manager or property manager) knowledge and affordable housing experience is required. This role is a one month Contract with possible extension.
Salary: $28-29/hour DOQ.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8/830am - 430/5pm with an unpaid lunch break.
The Property Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the site to provide a fiscally sound, well-maintained, and socially healthy apartment community. The Property Manager also provides leadership and guidance to the staff.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs
Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to property owners
Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property, and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
Leasing and compliance duties within affordable housing communities and fair housing rules.
Advertising vacant properties and hiring a leasing agent to find tenants as needed.
Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required
Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security, and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate
Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
Position Requirements:
2 years' experience in property management - assistant property manager or property manager role.
Knowledge of government subsidy programs - 62+/income restricted/section 42 experience is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years' experience in residential maintenance - multi-family experience is REQUIRED.
Boilers experience is required, certifications are highly preferred.
Experience in unit turns, preventative maintenance, work orders and emergency response.
AppFolio experience is preferred.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation as there will be on-call rotation after conversion.

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for one of our client's team to help manage their Minneapolis Portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in affordable property management, have leasing experience (full cycle), be able to work independently and meet deadlines. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).
This role will be working with (8) properties within affordable housing and 350 units.
Salary: $28-$31/hour DOQ. This is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).
Schedule: Weekly schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 - 4:00 or 9:00 - 5:00
The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for the management of the portfolio, including but not limited to, coordinating move in/outs, meeting vendors, unit turnover, handling and processing invoices, managing maintenance requests, scheduling maintenance techs, confirming tenants' on time payment of rent and other associated fees via our online property management platform, and other tasks and responsibilities typically required in an assistant property management role.

Job Description
Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Part-time Assistant Property Manager to join their team at (1) of their properties in Hopkins, MN (55343). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in Leasing and Property Management. This role is a contract to hire (30-90 days before conversion).
This role will be working with (1) property 155 units/4 stories.
Pay: $23-$24/hour DOQ.
Schedule: Part-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 28 hours per week.
The Assistant Property Manager performs many of the same tasks as the Property Manager including sales, marketing, accounting and maintenance, under the direction of the Property Manager. The Assistant Manager should be fully capable of operating the Community in the absence of the Property Manager.
