The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in affordable property management, have leasing experience (full cycle), be able to work independently and meet deadlines. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion). This role will be working with (8) properties within affordable housing and 350 units. Salary: $28-$31/hour DOQ.
