2003

The company closed 9 acquisitions through 2003, becoming the leading supplier of electrical construction and maintenance services in the Southwest.

2009

Formed to fulfill its objective of establishing a nationwide energy focused construction and related services business in 2009 by forming Power Line Services

In 2009 SUN-ELECTRIC Services was purchased along with Total Electrical Service & Supply Co. (TESSCO) and Auger Services.

2010

Power Line Services continued to execute its strategy by purchasing Air2 in March 2010.

TESSCO Energy Services was acquired by the PLH Group in 2010.

2012

PLH Group is a holding company formed in 2012 in order to accommodate diverse construction related companies.

2013

In 2013 PLH Group purchased TTR Substations to deliver infrastructure services in the areas of electric transmission, substation and distribution in the Western United States power market.

2020
