Sandip Mukerjee joined Tessco in August 2019 as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He has nearly 30 years of global experience in the wireless and telecom industry in a variety of executive roles including business and strategy development, marketing and general management. Prior to joining Tessco, he spent three years as the President of the Global Professional and Consulting Services business for Nokia Software. From 2006-2016 he worked at Alcatel Lucent, starting as the SVP of marketing and business development and culminating in his role as President and General Manager of IP Platforms for the Americas. Mr. Mukerjee began his career at AT&T/Lucent Bell Labs, where from 1991 to 2006, he held a variety of technical, product management and global strategy positions. He earned advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, holds several patents and has a passion for innovative, enduring customer relationships.

Aric Spitulnik joined the company in 2000. Mr. Spitulnik is Chief Financial Officer and also serves as the company’s corporate secretary and principal financial and accounting officer. From 2005 to 2013, he served as the Company’s corporate controller. Prior to joining Tessco, Mr. Spitulnik spent 6 years in public accounting. Mr. Spitulnik received a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Jesse Hillman joined Tessco in April of 2021 as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Hillman has held multiple leadership roles throughout his career, such as Vice President of Information Technology at LightBox Holdings, where he was responsible for security, compliance, risk, and privacy, and as Chief Information Officer Digital Advisory Practice at Pan American Enterprise Solutions. Before that, Mr. Hillman held Chief Information Officer and Global Director roles at firms including Imperial Irrigation and the Walt Disney Company.

Mr. Hillman holds a Bachelor of Business Management from California Lutheran University, a Master of Business Administration from University of the Incarnate Word, and is currently working to complete his dissertation to meet the requirements for his Doctor of Business Administration at Toulouse Business School.

Thad Lowe is a Chief Technology Officer at TESSCO TECHNOLOGIES INC and General Manager at Ventev and is based in Washington DC-Baltimore Area. He has worked as Head of NA Technology and Business Development at Airspan, Senior Director of Engineering at Samsung, and Vice President of Engineering and Engineering Services at SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AMERICA.
