Scope of Services:
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role within our Quality Engineer Center for Enablement (QE C4E) team, reporting to the Manager of the QEC4E within the Agile Delivery Enablement (ADE) department as a Test Automation technical subject matter expert. This role requires expertise in Tosca Automation capabilities to lead automation best practices, and scoping of related automation scenarios and analysis of functions under test to drive automation across projects/programs/product teams for products spanning from web and legacy applications to mobile applications for both iOS and Android devices. In essence, your role will involve close collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and developers to comprehend the stakeholder needs and contribute advisory support to the development of effective solutions. The Lead will have duties related to creation of operational documentation and playbooks and have coaching and training duties for both QE C4E peers, application support personnel and the user community. Job Skills and Requirements
Able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in identifying defects and solving problems with equipment and process to avoid missed quality, delivery or safety concerns
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
Intermediate level skills with standard office suite programs: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers
Ability to stand on concrete up to 12 hours
Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet customer demands

Perform job duties in a safe, effective, and accurate manner
