You will develop, modify, test, and maintain the systems and make updates to system-related installation documentation. This role serves as a point of escalation for System Administration team for outages, issues and or change management support. Work is generally both independent and collaborative in nature and contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.

IT service delivery: Working within queue(s), familiarity with Autotask PSA, Kaseya RMM, and Auvik Network Monitoring preferred.

Mid-level networking expertise: Diagnosing VLAN and subnet issues, configuring DHCP scopes, and managing firewall rules for secure access.
Experience supporting remote user environments: Troubleshooting VPN connectivity, deploying remote desktop solutions, and managing endpoint security for distributed teams.
Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools: Using Wireshark or PRTG to identify latency issues or unauthorized traffic.
Comfort with cloud identity and access troubleshooting: Resolving Azure AD sign-in issues, MFA lockouts, and conditional access misconfigurations.

Requirements :

Prior Enterprise MSP experience highly valued.
