You will develop, implement and improve test procedures, tackle problems and collaborate to maintain a positive and safe work environment. **How You'll Make an Impact** + Integrate the test team in the execution of test plans for power transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. + Understand the consequences of not meeting customers and regulatory requirements. + Ensure alignment to safety protocols and procedures in all test operations. + Proactively act, identifying safety risks and collaborating proposing measures to mitigate them. + Develop and implement test procedures, methodologies, and standard processes to enhance test efficiency and product quality. + Collaborate with the engineering, production and quality teams to identify, register, communicate and resolve test issues, supporting root cause analysis. + Design and oversee the setup of test equipment, fixtures, and instrumentation required for product test. + Ensure the maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Actively troubleshoot test systems. + Handle the documentation of test results, reports, and statistical analysis to support product development, certification, and quality assurance processes. + Propose continuous improvement initiatives in test processes, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance test capabilities and product quality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and technology development projects, ensuring that test requirements are integrated from the design phase. **What You Bring** + Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field of engineering. + A minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage electrical testing within the power transformer manufacturing industry or high voltage related fields.
