Essential Responsibilities & Activities:
Conduct comprehensive testing of infotainment systems and their software functions like navigation, radio, smartphone integration
Conduct regular test drives with other testers evaluating the systems on the street from an end-user perspective, mostly domestic
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Perform regression testing to verify that resolved issues do not impact existing functionality.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on system performance, reliability, and usability.
Commissioning of technology carriers, prototypes, databases, tool and process chains
Flashing and performing software and configuration updates.
Conscientious documentation of test environment and results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infotainment systems with other vehicle components.
May require domestic travel and international, if necessary

Requirements
Associates / Bachelor's degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 1 to 3 years) in testing automotive infotainment systems or similar embedded systems.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Reporting directly to the Automation Supervisorr, the Automation Engineer will effectively utilize technology to improve, streamline and automate the tire manufacturing process. Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $67,000 and $70,000

Overview

What You'll Do
