The SURTASS program provides an on-demand, mobile, and active / passive maritime surveillance capability in support of Joint and Naval Task Force commanders via towed acoustic sensor systems. The ships and installed SURTASS mission equipment are designed for extended duration deployment and independent operations in remote geographic areas; self-sufficiency in operations and maintenance is an important mission objective. It is intended that operations and maintenance be performed on board vessels and in depot maintenance facilities with the objective of maximizing operational readiness.
In performance of this mission, V2X is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to work at the Integrated Undersea Surveillance System (IUSS) Operations Support Center (IOSC) on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story, VA (JEBLCFS) 40-hours per week.

Major Job Activities:
As a Quality Analyst of the SURTASS Operation Center (SOC) and the SURTASS team, you will be responsible for the following:
+ Reports to the SURTASS Program Manager, but will also have a reporting path directly to the Government (COR, Technical Lead, Functional Managers).
+ Document adherence and compliance to both internal and external documents, references, and requirements.
+ Develop policy and procedure to support contract execution in accordance with this SOW.
+ Conduct Root Cause Analysis, as needed or directed, to facilitate process improvement.
+ Track CDRL delivery and compliance.
+ Track performance per the QRP.
+ Track and assist completing corrective actions from audits, surveillances, and RCAs.
Qualifications

+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.

The Role
The Ship Test Manager (STM) serves as the E25 Program Manager for Submarine Fleet Support, covering the areas of Test, Work Control, Re-Entry Control (REC) and Ship Safety. The STM represents the Director of TestEngineering, and works with the Functional Area Managers, Supervisors and CTE's to ensure that all E25 contractual requirements are completed safely and accurately, as well as on-time and on-budget. This position requires significant project management experience and the ability to interface with multiple internal and external (government) customers and stakeholders. The STM position requires extended work hours and on-demand weekend coverage during major key events.
