Experience with testing APIs and integrations involving Salesforce. Ability to write and execute SOQL queries for test validations. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or equivalent. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Field Service Consultant, or Platform App Builder. Experience in CI/CD pipeline environments with test automation integration. Familiarity with ServiceMax or other field service solutions (optional but a plus).
