The PSID Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing Reports of Investigation (ROIs) to ensure high quality ADC LTD NM background investigations and to improve the technical knowledge of PSID employees by identifying and resolving problems. A successful Quality Analyst must follow ADC LTD NM and PSID policies and procedures and meet the following expectations: Essential Tasks (minimum requirements) to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation: Model ADC LTD NM's core values, policies and procedures and ensure that the same are supported at all times. Conduct individualized training with investigation analysts based on significant deficiencies identified during a review. Submit training requests as needed. Conduct training on negative quality trends identified during reviews at the direction of their supervisor and in coordination with the Training Department. Track and log agency quality reviews. Support the development and dissemination of quality review guidance and other training material. Maintain a working knowledge of Roadrunner. Quickly troubleshoot issues as they arise. The Space Technologies division has been developing the techniques, systems, subsystems, and design elements required to implement high reliability optomechanical and electrical systems. Primary Functions: Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, test and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. Develops, maintains, and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues. Ten (10) years professional experience related to operational procedures and an in-depth knowledge of fire control systems similar to those used in the Navy. Knowledgeable on WSMR operations Must be able to deploy to both CONUS and OCONUS The following qualifications are desired: Experience in data collection means and recording capabilities for information generated by the Fire Control System as well as telemetry. Experience in providing supervision of energetic processing personnel, and facilities. Ability to analyze test scenarios, technical communications, systems schematics, and other information to design and implement system configurations required for various tests. CONTINGENT OFFER This position is contingent upon contract award and is anticipated to start in May of 2023. Must possess a valid driver's license. U.S. Citizenship and must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD SECRET Security Clearance required for hire, and to be maintained throughout employment.
