Agile, Communication & Reporting Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retrospectives). Support remote teams, triage issues, and determine priority of tasks. Manage and track defect creation, updates, and status throughout test execution. Report test status to Test Managers, Project Managers, and Release Managers. Qualifications 5+ years experience in QA processes and test management tools (Test Rails, QC, Xray, Jira, Confluence). Experience with website support and dynamic content testing. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC. Experience testing web, mobile, connected devices, and OTT applications.
