We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Software Quality Assurance Analyst. The ideal candidate is someone with a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field with minimal experience in QA, who is passionate about learning how to conduct QA manual testing.
The QA Analyst will ensure the functional quality and stability of our B2C ecosystem, which includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Boomi integrations, and other systems. In this role, you will design and execute manual test strategies, validate system integrations, identify defects, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

Partner with engineers/product to add guardrails, health checks, and observability; contribute to RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) and preventive tests.
Track industry trends and competitor approaches to inform test strategy and product quality.
Qualifications
4-8+ years in QA/Quality Engineering within fintech, trading, or market infrastructure.
Strong exploratory tester with solid manual + automated techniques.
Automation testing in Python/JavaScript/Java
API testing across REST and WebSockets; familiarity with FIX workflows (orders/executions, drop copy) and JSON or XML
CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/TeamCity); version control with Git.
Cloud/observability familiarity (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Prometheus/Grafana, Kibana/Datadog).
Clear communicator-comfortable with engineers, product, clients, and leadership; calm under pressure
Nice to have
Experience with one or more asset classes: equities, options, futures, FX, fixed income, ETFs, or digital assets.
Knowledge of execution algos, risk and portfolio management tools
FIX certification/interop; experience building or testing exchange simulators.
Practical use of AI dev tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for faster test creation and review.
Awareness of regulatory/controls environments (MiFID II, Reg NMS, best-ex, SOC 2).
