Record and report test results from readings of various meters and analysis equipment, making necessary calculations and adjustments mechanically or electrically according to testing standards DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES High School diploma or certified equivalent Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment is required; a focus on large motors, generators, and rotating equipment is helpful Ability to work from engineering specifications, wiring and schematic diagrams, and standards Working knowledge of electrical testing equipment and computers Experience operating various manufacturing equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes is helpful Technical literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, and ERP and CRM software Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Experience working with customers and vendors in a B2B environment Teamwork approach with excellent communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to use the following: test stand and fixtures, variety of power sources and equipment to drive or load equipment on test, variety of metering, gauging, recording and analyzing equipment and distribution controls, hand tools and power hoist.
