Job Description

Sonographers provide patient services using Diagnostic Ultrasound equipment. The sonographer is competent in the productions and analysis of ultrasound images used by Physicians for patient diagnosis and treatment. In addition, the individual must be prepared to render quality patient care by exercising discretion and judgment in the performance of sonographic services.

Additional Requirements

Graduate of accredited School of Sonography. Licensed by the State of New Jersey. Certified by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or registry eligible Maintains required BLS Heart Saver/ Health Care Provider course completion status/ CPR Maintains CME Credits Successful completion of all Orientation Programs. A ccess and evaluate patient history and physical findings. Accurately image the4 anatomical structures requested. Enter patient information, select appropriate transducer, set initial power input and instrumentation gain for patient size and age, and select menu items as required for type of equipment and provide consistent and optimal image quality. Interact with Physicians regarding sonographic data. Know acoustical physics doppler ultrasound principles and ultrasound instrumentation. Knowledge of Physiology Disease, pathology and patho-physiology. Knowledge of gross and sectional anatomy. odify standard imaging protocol as required by patient history or initial sonographic findings. Obtains proper medical history and insures accurate patient demographic and medical information. Recognize examination findings that may require immediate clinical response and notify Radiologist. Recognize sonographic representation of normal and abnormal structures, organs, system relationships and relational anatomy. Understand published statements regarding interaction between ultrasound and tissue and probability of biological effects in clinical examinations to provide accurate information to patients. Environmental Test Specialist

The Environmental Test Specialist will be responsible for planning and running dynamic and thermal environmental testing of components, subsystems, and spacecraft. They will help establish procedures to train technicians on test processes and equipment and be the first line of defense for any test equipment failures. They will work directly with engineering to perform testing on space flight hardware and have the ability to set up and perform complex tests with minimal direction. They are also responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating test equipment, and coordinating with the facilities team to maintain the test facility.
RoleSetup, validate, and perform testing for thermal, thermal vacuum, vibration, acoustics, and RF environments Develop standard operating procedures for test operations and related processes to train test operators across all environments Provide first level troubleshooting, assist root cause efforts, and implement corrective actions for test and support equipment failures Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate test and support equipment Provide Design for Test feedback to optimize environmental test processes and assist in fabrication of test setups and fixtures Provide direction for technicians as needed
Core Requirements5+ years of working experience in testing integrated systems Experience setting up and operating thermal chambers, thermal vacuum chambers, and vibration shaker tables Hands-on experience using electrical test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc) and data acquisition systems Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures from requirements Willing and able to work all shifts, overtime, and/or weekends as required Climbing ladders, long durations of standing, grasping, sitting, pulling, and physical bending movements Able to lift 25lbs, unassisted

What You ll Do

Responsible for performing business compliance and operational risk and control activities that may include risk assessments, control workflow, control testing and risk reporting. Educates and trains the business to ensure compliance with regulations. Evaluates current operations across the business to identify areas for enhancements. Partners with the business to implement processes. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. This person will also liaison to enterprise-wide compliance, internal audit, corporate risk and DMS business units.

How You ll Do It

• Creates and distributes monthly risk reporting and complaints data. Leads customer complaint remediation projects.

• Provides education and monitors the business on requirements of company policies and standards related to risk and control ownership. Develops and implements job aids and tools to facilitate efficient completion of policy and standard requirements. Identifies and implements effective controls to manage operational, financial, and compliance risks. Maintains an accurate library of risks and controls. Performs control design reviews and compliance risk assessments. Monitors the risk and control environment for weaknesses and identifies solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of controls. Executes control testing plans.

• Leads the completion of projects. Develops, implements, and administers control standardization and workflow solutions. Creates continual monitoring exception reports for critical business processes.

Qualifications You ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, Compliance, Internal Audit Operations, Vendor Management areas, or related field

• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Marketing, Compliance, Internal Audit Operations, Vendor Management areas, or related field
