Must be familiar with parts lists and products. Self-starter who can take full responsibility for a project and follow through with it until completion. An individual that can address issues and get cooperation from others in a firm, yet diplomatic manner. Experience with Metric System, DIN system, and SAP highly desirable. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Bilingual ability (German and English) would be a plus. Supervisory experience a plus.

This position reports to the BBTS Manager and QA Manager and is responsible for establishing and maintaining the operational and technical operations of the stem cell processing laboratory (SCPL). In collaboration with the BBTS Manager and the QA Manager, the Supervisor will assist in maintaining all regulatory requirements and adherence to the defined quality program overseeing technical processes, directing subordinate personnel and monitoring expenses in order to adhere to budgeted limits.

Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Test and Evaluation Supervisor to join our Development Test Team in support of the Aegis Technical Representative contract. The qualified candidate will be located in Mount Laurel, NJ and provide Engineering and Technical support to the T&E Division head at AEGIS TECHREP. Candidate will join with an (USN / contractor) integrated team dedicated to providing independent quality assessments of manufacturer's developmental computer programs on behalf of the U.S. Navy. The testing will be primarily focused upon the AEGIS Weapon System, related derivatives, and select support tools as they relate to the combat system environment. The candidate with the support of the team will manage the preparation and execution of complex formal test packages that cover the full range of the systems level integration effort.
This position requires the ability to supervise and direct the technical day-to-day work of personnel assigned to the T&E sub-task. The sub-task leader will also assist the Task Leader and the T&E Division Head in identifying both strategic and near-term goals and objectives, and developing technical plans and approaches to achieve the departmental goals and objectives. This individual must possess a good understanding of AEGIS at the system level. They must also have good writing skills and the ability to present ideas or positions in front of an audience. This individual must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish realistic and achievable goals, yet be flexible in order to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Specific Technical Responsibilities.
