The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant will operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
Sets up and operates printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer supplied original media and documents
Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store

Processes financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS),including handling cash and making change

Purpose of NDI New Mexico Teaching Artist Apprentice:
This role is responsible for learning and delivering the NDI New Mexico In-school curriculum and teaching methodology through our classes in the public schools, helping children and youth develop confidence and character through dance. Training takes place under the supervision of a master instructor in our award-winning curriculum and the core competencies of the NDI New Mexico pedagogy. Instructors are creative partners with a team of teaching artists and musicians to create choreography and lead public school students to success in their culminating performances. The Apprentice is responsible to their Program Artistic Director(s) for carrying out the mission and the policies of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Teaching and Choreography
· Training period includes paid apprenticeship learning under the guidance of a master teacher, and participating in training and enrichment workshops to learn the pedagogy and build teaching skills. Schedule can range from 3-12 hours/week
· Prepares assignments and lesson plans for classes as directed by lead teaching artist
· Works collaboratively with teaching and music team to create choreography for outreach programs
Production Support
· Works backstage in support of culminating performances for programs
General Artistic Duties:
· Attends all enrichment workshops and staff meetings as needed
· Follows NDI New Mexico program curriculum set by program director
· Provides program director with required materials and information as needed
· Subbing classes when available
· Other duties as needed and mutually agreed upon
