Coating Operator
We are looking for Coating Operator to be responsible for the operation of certain sections of the Laminator. In this role, you will follow the lead on the daily activities. You will also need to understand and follow all safety, quality and laminating procedures and communicate with the lead for decision making on quality and productivity needs.
What you will do
* Stage, load and prepare paper rolls at the laminator unwind, load and prepare foil rolls and unload rolls at laminator rewind. The operator will support the crew during machine downtime (AM, short stops, breakdowns, setups, etc.)
* Understand the quality standards intended for the position, perform quality inspection using automated inspection equipment. Maintain logs and reports, reporting any anomalies that impact the quality of the process, complying with the client`s specifications.
* Participate in WCM team activities to eradicate losses in the process following the methodology.
* Comply with the safety policies and all measures including food safety standards like BRC, GMP established for the area.
* Participate in Autonomous Maintenance teams and activities.
* Follow AM methodology to drive down losses by improving machine reliability, quality, efficiency and maintaining the gain by standardization.
* Help progress AM teams thru various steps, reaching autonomous level and maintaining the gains.
* Prevent waste generation by ensuring all lamination procedures are followed.
Shift Schedule: 12-hour overnight shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Work Pattern: Rotating weekly schedule, working every other weekend.
* Week 1: 36 hours
* Week 2: 48 hours

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

As a Forklift Operator with Liberty Packaging, you will contribute to the growth of our business by being a key player in safely moving goods and materials around a high traffic industrial environment. This role helps maximize efficiency of the production process by safely operating mobile equipment to move product, accurately scanning inventory in and out of the business, operating shrink wrap machines, and preparing / loading shipments for transportation.
This full-time position reports directly to our Shipping Receiving Supervisor and is located at our Houston, TX manufacturing facility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Safely operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, hoists, or other material handling equipment in a high traffic industrial environment.
* Accurately utilize an electronic scanning system to include a touch screen monitor located on the forklift, to track inventory levels and product location.
* Responsible for regularly completing pre-operation inspection and reporting equipment faults or damages to leadership or maintenance.
* Prepare shipments for transport, consolidate partial pallets, and operate the shrink wrap machine as needed.
* Move product and/or materials throughout the facility, including loading and unloading trailers.
* Follow safety regulations and company guidelines.
* Other duties, as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
* High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution AND 1+ year experience operating mobile equipment or comparable experience in place of education.
* Previous experience with computer skills such as typing, printing, and data entry.
* Previous experience applying math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
* Previous experience reading, following, and/or completing detailed work instructions.
* Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

* Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks.
* Knowledge of distribution documentation: pick lists, packing slips, and bills of lading.

As an Assistant Machine Operator I with Liberty Packaging, you will contribute to the growth of our business by being a key player in safely producing quality corrugated products for our customers. You will work within a small group as an assistant operator; in this role, you will support machine operators to maximize machine efficiency by assisting with setting up orders correctly, performing quality checks, stacking orders, and communicating issues. In some locations, the Assistant Machine Operator I roles are also occasionally asked to assist in operating finishing machines / tasks (gluers, stitchers, slitter, and saw machine operation).
This full-time position reports directly to a Production Supervisor and is located at our Fort Worth, TX manufacturing facility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support machine operation by assisting with the setup of orders according to customer specifications, following order readiness process of efficiently preparing the right tools to complete the job.
* Assist machine operators during quality checks by inspecting a first article, and articles throughout the order to identify issues, ensuring quality product, along with monitoring equipment and raw materials.
* Support the operator in monitoring production metrics to accurately track progress of production rates, quality, maintenance needs, and downtime.
* Proactively communicate issues with equipment to appropriate leaders, and assist with trouble shooting, and problem solving to maximize overall equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
* Intermittently assist with minor repairs to equipment in partnership with maintenance team.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area by following post order cleaning process.
* Follow plant safety processes and procedures outlined for the machine center.

Position Overview
The Customer Success & Technical Support Specialist will serve as the primary onsite representative for Genfare at the San Antonio VIA Transit Agency, supporting the agency's point of sales operations utilizing Genfare's fare collection systems. This individual blends technical troubleshooting expertise with customer-facing skills, ensuring smooth operations and positive user experiences across VIA.
You will work alongside a team of passionate technologist to deliver the ultimate customer experience and continuously improve Genfare processes and product offerings. This is a tremendous opportunity to be a part of growing and evolving transit world.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the dedicated onsite Genfare expert for all non-maintenance related fare collection systems, including the back office, retail and administrative point of sale (RPOS/APOS), fareboxes functionality.
* Act as the primary point of contact for support inquiries related to fare collection hardware and software across all VIA Ticket Centers and partner retail outlets.
* Conduct regular site visits to review hardware functionality, build relationships, provide one-on-one user training, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
* Troubleshoot both onsite and remotely across a variety of technologies-physical POS hardware, web/software applications, payment processing, and backend administrative platforms.
* Escalate complex issues as needed, providing thorough documentation and effective communication to internal technical support teams.
* Maintain accurate records of site visits, system status, and support outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement feedback for both Genfare and VIA.
* Manage and report out on account specific technical and customer satisfaction focused key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders
Required Technical Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in web-based application troubleshooting: quickly diagnose and resolve application issues affecting point-of-sale and back office operations.
* Basic understanding of network architecture and troubleshooting: including knowledge of local and wide-area networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and connectivity issues typical in distributed retail or transit environments.
* IoT device troubleshooting: hands-on capability working with connected fare collection and ticketing devices, including updating firmware, monitoring device status, and responding to communication failures.
* Demonstrated point of sale (POS) troubleshooting, including experience with hardware peripherals like receipt printers, barcode scanners, card readers, and payment terminals.
* Familiarity with payment processing systems: credit/debit, smart card, and mobile payment acceptance in retail or transit settings (nice to have, but not required).
* Ability to interpret system reports, logs, diagnose error messages, and coordinate with remote support for advanced issues.
* Comfort providing basic user and administrative device training, both in person and over the phone, to a variety of stakeholders, from retail managers to transit staff.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and foster strong relationships with local site managers and staff.
