Job Summary S&E-TPPS Automation Engineering Expert E (multiple openings) Position reports to Tetra Pak headquarters at 3300 Airport Rd., Denton, TX 76207. 35% International and domestic travel. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time from anywhere in the U.S. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do As a S&E-TPPS Automation Engineering Expert E, you will: Provide engineering support during pre-project and sales phases. Interface with account managers and customers to assess the customer's requirements and thereby create cost effective quotations. Responsible for overall automation projects and coordinate with automation engineers assigned to the project. Develop and track project program and engineering resource requirements, including design, installation, and commissioning tasks. Responsible for compiling and reviewing all technical documentation to be included with the project documentation. Perform hardware & software specification, as well as define the system architecture (automation/information/electrical), conceptual design of control panels and MCC panels with close cooperation with electrical/automation engineers. Responsible for electrical standards, panels, and site installation, in cooperation with specialized suppliers, as well as any other regulatory requirements. Ensure all projects are delivered in a timely manner, in line with the project plan and the budget and cost constraints while following the Tetra Pak quality system. Perform engineering work including PLC programming, HW design, FAT testing, MES development and Recipe Management, during each project as required. Build and maintain good customer relations and work proactively with quick analysis, decisions, and actions. Manage sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all relevant Tetra Pak standards in the design, installation, and commissioning of automation systems. Report to the Project Manager for project and program related tasks including budget control, progress reports, and forecasting. Participate in design reviews and safety risk assessments. Conduct automation training for customer personnel on the installed systems. We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field, and five years of experience in automation systems in processing areas. In the alternative, will accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field, and three years of experience in automation systems in processing areas. Must also have work experience in: 1. Project design and execution in automation, instrumentation, and electrical areas; 2. Operational technologies including Programmable Logic Controllers Rockwell, Siemens, and Beckhoff; 3. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Wonderware, and Human Machine Interfaces, including B&R and Ignition; 4. Equipment and devices used in the Food and Beverage industry including Endress and Hauser; 5. Reducing operational cost of equipment by combining food processing with Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, databases, and reports; 6. Utilizing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution to customize the platform to fit customer demands; 7. Creating customized solutions for Food and Beverage market, delivering production reports, production tracking, production execution, production analysis, production dispatching, production orders, and laboratory data; and 8. Deploying automation solutions for dairy, beverage, prepared food, and ice cream industries. Job Summary As a Shipping Material Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of outbound shipments. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect pallet quality and ensure all loads are properly secured in accordance with blocked and braced standards. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment and warehouse areas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Support machine operation by assisting with the setup of orders according to customer specifications, following order readiness process of efficiently preparing the right tools to complete the job. * Assist machine operators during quality checks by inspecting a first article, and articles throughout the order to identify issues, ensuring quality product, along with monitoring equipment and raw materials. * Support the operator in monitoring production metrics to accurately track progress of production rates, quality, maintenance needs, and downtime. * Proactively communicate issues with equipment to appropriate leaders, and assist with trouble shooting, and problem solving to maximize overall equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. * Intermittently assist with minor repairs to equipment in partnership with maintenance team. * Maintain a clean and organized work area by following post order cleaning process. * Follow plant safety processes and procedures outlined for the machine center. * Other duties, as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution or 1+ years manufacturing or comparable experience in place of education. * Previous experience applying math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. * Previous experience reading, following, and/or completing detailed work instructions. * Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required. Job Summary We are now looking for an experienced Food Safety professional, with expertise in aseptic processing and packaging, who can take the role as Food Safety Regulatory Officer in our Food & Equipment Safety organization within Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment in U.S. and Canada. You will have an important role working with regulatory and legal compliance per all U.S. food laws and regulations as applicable to Tetra Pak US & Canada's installed Tetra Pak aseptic filling & packaging machine base. Job Summary As a Shipping Material Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of outbound shipments. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect pallet quality and ensure all loads are properly secured in accordance with blocked and braced standards. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. What you will do * Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment and warehouse areas. * Maintain a clean and organized dock area in accordance with the 5S methodology. * Adhere strictly to all Tetra Pak safety and quality policies. * Secure trailers to docks and prepare them for loading (e.g., sweeping/blowing out). * Inspect trailers and pallets for damage prior to and during loading. * Verify pallet counts and ensure they match the packing list. * Participate in the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Program. * Perform routine cycle counts and inventory checks. We believe you have * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus. * Basic computer skills. * Ability to be trained and certified as a forklift operator. * Strong understanding of safety procedures, SOPs, and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes. * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees.
