Job Summary
Industrial Maintenance Engineer - Focus Automation
As an Industrial Maintenance Engineer - Focus Automation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery in a variety of settings. Your primary focus will be on automation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, improvements, and upgrades to minimize downtime and maximize reliability. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and reliability of the organization's equipment and infrastructure.
This position is based in Denton, TX.
What you will do
As an Industrial Maintenance Engineer - Focus Automation, you will:
* Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
* Monitor equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend upgrades or modifications.
* Coordinate and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of new equipment or modifications to existing systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects, upgrades, and modifications.
* Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and productivity demands.
* Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement maintenance schedules that minimize disruptions to operations while meeting safety and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and replacements.
* Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identify trends, and propose improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
* Source and procure spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair tasks.
* Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in maintenance engineering to continuously improve skills and knowledge, also recommend and implement best practices.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards during maintenance activities.
* Train and mentor other staff members on equipment maintenance procedures and techniques.
* Provide advice and assistance in the direction of operation Autonomous Maintenance program, conducting trainings for team members.
We believe you have
* Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Automation Engineer or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Project Management experience will be considered a plus.Solid understanding of preventive maintenance strategies, predictive maintenance techniques, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
* In-depth knowledge of automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, including their components and operation principles.
* Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Experience with Siemens PLC, Siemens Drives, Allen Bradley, cyber security, different models and brands of sensors, different models of automation systems such as vision systems, web guides, tension controls loops will be considered a plus.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues in equipment and machinery.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
* Knowledge of reliability engineering concepts, such as failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, superiors, and external vendors.

We're hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Air Evac Lifeteam. This technician will be qualified to support our airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members.
Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Two (2) years turbine powered helicopter experience
Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Valid State issued Driver's License
Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bell 206, Bell 407, EC130, EC135 maintenance experience
FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate

The Maintenance I teammate troubleshoots, repairs, and perform preventive maintenance actions on material handling equipment and other facility support systems in the distribution center environment.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Maintenance I:
Ensure that spare parts usage, inventory and work order actions are accurately tracked and documented according to Company policy.
Assist with DC maintenance requirements such as (but not limited to) refrigeration systems, plumbing, building lighting, welding, dock doors, air systems, racking, tote washer, and air spray painting.
Maximize availability of all classes of batteries by managing charging cycles and battery rotation.
Perform inspections and cleaning; do specific gravity checks; evaluate cable serviceability and repair damage.
Develop a working knowledge of the required aspects of the McLane Maintenance Connection database.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:
At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
At least 1 year of professional experience in industrial maintenance.
At least 1 year of maintenance experience with material handling equipment.
Able to read and understand electrical schematics.
Experience with distribution center industrial equipment, including (but not limited to) forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Basic computer skills with experience in a maintenance database such as MP2, DataStream 7i, or Maintenance Connection.

A GMT (Stationary) specializes in completing repairs and utilizes preventive maintenance on motors and controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, and machine shop equipment. Summary of responsibilities:
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and repair with precision measuring and testing instruments.
Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts and using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

400 Hz Generator/Inverter Ground Power: Strong understanding of electronic and electrical components and proficiency at identifying problems and repairing and rebuilding them. Familiarity with Jetpower II, Jetpower Plus, and CSI units. Experience operating passive and resistive load banks and working in an electronics environment.

The Boeing Company is looking for a Research Electro-Mechanical Technician C to join our team in Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and test components of prototype aircraft instrumentation and ordnance equipment
Set up and operate required flight test equipment (e.g., wire bundles, sensors, strain gages) to perform functional or environmental tests on production and/or experimental
Obtain appropriate engineering drawings and test documents, as required, for assignment if drawings, sketches, and documents are not with work order
Fabricate wire bundles used to connect various types of flight test computer equipment together, for the purpose of collecting and storing data during test flights
Perform tests such as vibration, thermal, humidity, or altitude using various computer systems, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and meters of various types under direction of lead and/or engineering. Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Commercial/Industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) field performing trouble shooting, maintaining & repairing equipment
Must possess a card from a certifying organization approved by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), that shows you to be certified as a Universal technician as required by 40 CFR (Code or Federal Regulations) part 82, Subpart
Must be able to complete Fall Protection Training
Must be physically able to lift 35 or more pounds during a shift
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with basic freezer operations systems.
Familiarity with the operation chill water and/or glycol chiller systems.
Typical Education & Experience:
High school graduate or GED preferred.

As an Industrial Maintenance Engineer - Focus Automation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery in a variety of settings. Your primary focus will be on automation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, improvements, and upgrades to minimize downtime and maximize reliability. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and reliability of the organization's equipment and infrastructure.

What you will do
As an Industrial Maintenance Engineer - Focus Automation, you will:
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
Monitor equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend upgrades or modifications.
Coordinate and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of new equipment or modifications to existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance projects, upgrades, and modifications.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and productivity demands.
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement maintenance schedules that minimize disruptions to operations while meeting safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and replacements.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identify trends, and propose improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Source and procure spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair tasks.
Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in maintenance engineering to continuously improve skills and knowledge, also recommend and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards during maintenance activities.
Train and mentor other staff members on equipment maintenance procedures and techniques.
Provide advice and assistance in the direction of operation Autonomous Maintenance program, conducting trainings for team members.
We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Automation Engineer or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Project Management experience will be considered a plus.Solid understanding of preventive maintenance strategies, predictive maintenance techniques, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
In-depth knowledge of automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, including their components and operation principles.
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Experience with Siemens PLC, Siemens Drives, Allen Bradley, cyber security, different models and brands of sensors, different models of automation systems such as vision systems, web guides, tension controls loops will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues in equipment and machinery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of reliability engineering concepts, such as failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis (RCA).
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, superiors, and external vendors.
