Coordinate with branch chiefs on issues identified in record audit. Create and deliver metrics reports for each Investigative Service Provider monthly, or as requested by the government. Coordinate with C/SISPI, and C/SISPA on issues identified in record audit. Document status of all issues, to include resolution, in the Quality Audit Report Tracker (QART). Accurately detail information in the QART system. Create and deliver metrics reports for each Investigative Service Provider on a monthly basis, or as requested by the government.
