    Tetra Tech AMT is looking for an Operational Lead Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: * Facilitate instrument flight procedure (IFP) design related workgroups for major FAA projects at facilities/airports * The ability to develop, in addition to track project schedule in a project management software such as MS Project and identify risks and develop a risk register if necessary * Ensure the proper staffing level and team composition is available for each project, in some cases may need to coordinate proper stakeholders on the FAA and "industry" side for IFP design related workgroups * Act as a liaison which includes working with different stakeholders (i.e. knowing where and who within FAA to talk to) to gather and/or confirm information in support of deliverables/tasking by FAA customer * Document, disseminate, and track meeting minutes, notes, and action items * Coordinate, schedule, and arrange meetings including identifying conference room space as required/logistics prep * Lead project deliverables as necessary including workgroup meetings including ensuring meeting objectives are completed * Review procedure requests and ensure project adheres to applicable FAA Orders and processes such as supporting a technical feasibility study for all IFP requests to address items on the IFP Validation checklist (when applicable) * Coordinate and ensure waivers to criteria are fully documented and provide an equivalent level of safety (when applicable) * Support special projects where individual will need to leverage ATC background and expertise to provide advisory/consulting to FAA client SME * Provide strategic planning, other programmatic, and administrative support * Support the customer's overall business strategy, developing strategic plans and assessing tasks, programs, and system performance * Conduct research and data analysis to inform operational and business decisions * Prepare various status reports on a consistent basis for internal and external stakeholders * Monitor and track project requests, approvals, and progress * Create business process/data flow diagrams * Prepare materials for program briefings and presentations as necessary * Prepare materials and/or technical documentation for industry and Congressional inquiries as necessary * Must be able to accomplish most tasks independently, with little supervision The successful candidate will have: * Air Traffic Control and/or air traffic management background including 5 years of management experience required * 12+ years of professional experience, with a focus in strategic project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, administrative, and quantitative/qualitative analysis related work experience (preferred). * Airspace Design experience (preferred) * Experience working in an agile software development environment (preferred) * Proficient in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.). * Bachelor's degree Tetra Tech is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. Launched in October 2018, Wadata will continue until September 2025. To achieve its objective, Wadata is implementing activities in three integrated focus areas: * Objective 1: Strengthening collective action to deal with shocks and stresses linked to food, nutritional, and water security. * Objective 2: Increased capacity, assets, and agency for better access to adequate and diversified food at all times. * Objective 3: Improvement of nutrition, health, hygiene, and sanitation of pregnant and lactating women, adolescents, children under 5 years old, and their families. Overview We seek high-quality graphic design services from a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will assist Wadata in producing high-quality knowledge-sharing products and facilitate the transfer of the successes and lessons learned during Wadata's implementation. The overall objective of this role is the effective and engaging design and layout of key communication products for knowledge sharing, including case studies, success stories, technical briefs, reports, and other learning and communication products focused on sharing project implementation, successes, lessons learned, and promising approaches for the sustainability of relevant resilience-building actions. The graphic designer will collaborate closely with the Strategic Learning Lead and select Niger-based Wadata staff in this position. The estimated ceiling budget for this engagement is USD 7,500.00. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with Wadata's team to develop, design, and edit knowledge sharing products such as case studies, success stories, technical briefs, reports, and learning documents, adhering to client branding and visual identity guidelines. DOL/ILAB is commissioning research support services to produce high-quality, timely Congressional and Executive Order reports on forced labor, child labor, and other labor policy priorities. Our team will deliver rigorous data analysis, policy research, technical editing, and communications support, while also strengthening ILAB's capacity through training, stakeholder engagement, and specialized supply chain and trade-related studies. Position Summary To augment the core project team, MSI requires a pool of short-term technical experts to support the delivery of work on forced labor, child labor, and other adjacent research issues. Specifically, this SOW solicits expressions of interest and qualifications for the following three roles: * Child Labor & Forced Labor Specialist * Human Trafficking Specialist * Supply Chain Specialist Short-term experts will be engaged on an as-needed basis-typically for assignments of 2-8 weeks each-to provide deep technical input, rapid desk reviews, methodological guidance, and in-country advisory support. Responsibilities: Technical Review & Methodology * Review and advise on research instruments (questionnaires, interview guides, sampling protocols) for inclusion of child-labor, forced-labor, trafficking, or supply-chain tracing elements. * Conduct desk reviews of national legislation, ILO/UNESCO statistics, trade data, and academic literature. * Provide methodological memos on best practices and ethical safeguards for working with vulnerable populations and survivors. Advisory & Capacity Building * Participate in and facilitate technical working groups with ILAB staff, implementing partners, and in-country researchers. * Deliver focused webinars or workshops (2-4 hours) to train field teams on specialized techniques (e.g., supply-chain mapping, victim-centered interview protocols) Rapid Analysis & Reporting * Produce concise technical briefs (5-10 pages) analyzing specific country or commodity contexts (child labor prevalence, trafficking routes, supply-chain vulnerabilities). * Draft sections of human-interest story narratives or policy analyses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with ILAB editorial standards. Field Support * When authorized, advise in-country teams on data-collection logistics, risk mitigation, and survivor engagement protocols. * Review and validate field-generated data, interview notes, and preliminary findings. Responsibilities: • Draft and finalize Terms of Reference (TORs) for the Survivor Network, including purpose, roles, communication protocols, and consent procedures. • Develop a Survivor Engagement Strategy outlining recruitment criteria, informed-consent processes, codes of conduct, honoraria/stipend guidelines, and risk-mitigation measures. • Secure DOL/COR approval of TORs and Engagement Strategy. • Identify and recruit a diverse cohort of survivors across target regions, leveraging partner NGOs, survivor-led organizations, and community contacts. • Conduct confidential intake interviews and obtain informed consent in accordance with ethical protocols and local regulations. • Deliver orientation sessions (virtual or in-person) to familiarize participants with network objectives, expectations, and support mechanisms. • Schedule and facilitate periodic survivor focus groups and individual consultations to inform research instruments and validate findings. • Maintain a secure, encrypted database of survivor contacts, engagement logs, and consent documentation. • Provide ongoing support to survivors, including referrals to psychosocial resources as needed. • Produce a Summary Report after each engagement activity, including attendance, key themes, methodological notes, and recommendations. • Compile electronic source files-interview notes, focus-group transcripts, and supporting documents-in ILAB-approved formats. • Deliver draft and final TORs, Engagement Strategy, and periodic network performance updates according to agreed timelines. • Coordinate with the Team Leader, Evaluation & Research Lead, and Communications Lead to integrate survivor inputs into questionnaires, policy briefs, and human-interest stories. • Ensure all network activities comply with DOL's scientific integrity and ethical standards, including protection of personal data and prevention of re-traumatization. Qualifications: • Master's degree in social work, international development, public health, human rights, or related field. • Minimum eight years of experience designing and managing survivor-centered programs, preferably in forced labor or child labor contexts. • Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed methodologies and ethical engagement of vulnerable populations. • Strong organizational skills; proficiency with secure data-management tools and confidentiality protocols. • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. • Ability to work part-time yet maintain consistent responsiveness to team needs.
