Position Summary:
The Water Regional Manager will provide strategic leadership for Tetra Tech's North Texas Water practice, combining technical subject matter expertise with team leadership, project delivery oversight, and business development responsibilities to expand the firm's presence in the region.

Required Qualifications:
⦁ Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related engineering field.
⦁ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
⦁ 15+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including technical depth in water treatment (membranes, PFAS, desalination, advanced treatment) or related infrastructure.
⦁ Demonstrated experience leading large, complex projects as a technical expert and project manager.
⦁ Experience mentoring staff and leading multidisciplinary teams.
⦁ Proven track record in client development, proposal leadership, and delivery of profitable projects.
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering technical and business presentations.
⦁ Ability to balance technical work with regional leadership and business development responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
⦁ Master's degree in a related engineering discipline.
⦁ Established relationships with North Texas municipal or utility clients.
⦁ Experience managing regional operations or business units.

As a Traffic/ITS Engineering Leader, the right candidate will lead traffic engineering projects while driving business development efforts with municipal and county agencies in the DFW area. Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of hire, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Active engagement and proven leadership in professional organizations such as the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), ITS America (Intelligent Transportation Society), or the Transportation Research Board (TRB), demonstrating strong industry connections essential for business development and staying current on ITS/TSMO best practices.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience managing traffic engineering design and/or planning projects throughout the project lifecycle including developing scopes, schedules, budgets.

Experience preparing technical scopes, fee estimates, and proposals.
Familiarity with multimodal planning, complete streets design, and emerging mobility technologies.

Position Summary:
As a CAD Designer, you'll play a key role in transforming engineering concepts into buildable, high-quality plans. You'll support the design and documentation of water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects, working alongside engineers and project managers to deliver accurate, detailed drawings that align with both client and Tetra Tech standards.
