Your Key Responsibilities Perform beryllium dust and sandblast dust cleaning using HEPA vacuums and manual wiping as part of daily cleaning procedures in an industrial setting five evening shifts per week. Change Torit filters as needed. Maintain PPE and equipment at the facility and communicate with the Bay West project manager and client project manager as needs arise. Complete daily work completed checklists. Conduct hazardous waste operations and clean-up as required. Assist with daytime industrial services and emergency response projects, including tank cleanings, water blasting, facility decontaminations and cleanings on an as needed basis. Prepare daily diaries, reports, field sketches, post-incident closure reports of all project activity to ensure records are accurate and complete. Effectively communicate observations or concerns regarding health, safety, or work environment conditions to internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor to ensure clear understanding and appropriate action. Actively participate on an after-hour On-Call Emergency Response (ER) team - approximately one week every six to eight weeks. Occasionally required to work on a Saturday or Sunday.
