This position is expected to begin in May/ June 2026 and end in August/ September 2026. This position is located in the Columbus, Ohio office, which is a dynamic studio focusing on a large variety of project types, including higher education, cities, corporate commercial, logistical and federal projects. We are seeking a Designer with good technical, conceptual, visual, and communication skills to work in a highly collaborative and design-oriented studio. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments Assist with design and documentation support on projects of various sizes, types and complexity Assist with the production of rapid visualization of design concepts and building presentations to clients Developing iterative solutions for a variety of design working under supervision by senior design staff Qualifications Minimum Requirements Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in architecture or design and must have completed at least two years of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue with a Master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship. Preferred Qualifications Experience in working in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Rhino. Preferred a minimum of three years of study Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates creativity, passion, and interest in architecture, planning, and design. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to prioritize and multi-task work on multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and effectively meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Enscape and Sketchup graphic software preferred.
