Required Qualifications

The Opportunity: Tetra Tech is adding a Renewable Energy Senior Project Managers and Seller/Doers on a national basis to grow our renewable practice and support a variety of projects from concept to completion in a dynamic consulting environment. Wind energy and transmission experience a plus but not the primary focus. Services may include but not limited to, due diligence, project feasibility, natural and cultural resource evaluation, regulatory permitting, engineering studies and design. Your Role:
Business Development:
* Work with existing Tetra Tech account managers and the Energy Program market leads to expand existing client accounts.
* Develop, sustain, and grow new renewable energy clients.
* Support building and developing a team of high performers of staff focused on renewables.

Qualifications:
* Possess a Bachelor's degree but preferably a graduate degree in environmental sciences, urban/regional planning, environmental policy, environmental studies, engineering, and/or related field.
* Minimum of 10+ years of experience, with more experience preferred, with account management, business development, environmental assessments and federal, state, and local regulatory compliance/permitting in the US.
* Must have existing client relationships in the solar PV, and BESS and/or renewable energy market and a proven track record of winning new work.
* Working knowledge of all aspects of planning, permitting, design and construction related to renewable energy generation facilities.

Compensation:
Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay Range: $140,000 - $225,000 Yr.

Lead and supervise all phases of the projects involving risk complexity, and financial exposure.

**This is full-time onsite position for an on-going project in Staten Island, NY.**
**The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:**
+ Implementing the requirements of AECOM's Construction Manager's (CM) EHS Management Plan (EHSMP) and Environmental Health and Safety Plan (EHASP).
+ Support the CM in preparation of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) in accordance with Client standards.
+ Support the CM in conducting various training for CM staff including new employee orientations, visitor orientations and Emergency Action Plan training.
+ Review all EHS related submittals by the Contractors, including, but not limited to, EHASPs, JHAs, monthly reports, asbestos/lead/mercury/PCB management and sampling plans, waste management plans, soil re-use, hazardous waste contingency plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and Stormwater Pollution Prevent Plans (SWPPP) to verify comprehensive oversight of all site activities.
+ Facilitate weekly EHS meetings with the Contractor's EHS Representative (EHSR), and other project management personnel as appropriate, to ascertain and discuss upcoming construction related activity EHS activities.
+ Conduct frequent construction site visits.
+ Track and monitor the Contractor's compliance with EHASP(s) and JHA(s).
+ Track and monitor all site EHSRs' performance including, but not limited to, reviewing the EHSR's daily reports and whether EHS issues are being adequately addressed.
+ Perform and submit daily reports of the Contractors' Work areas and document non-compliance with the Contractor's EHASPs and JHAs.
+ Review Contractor's incident reports for adequacy, participate in meetings related to construction related incidents, and verify all necessary Contractor corrective actions are implemented.
+ Submit EHS monthly status reports and metrics. Prepare monthly trending analysis of Contractor EHS performance.
+ Oversee Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and drills for the site in coordination with Client staff.
+ Review and manage all EHS Annual Reports (i.e., EPCRA, Hazardous Waste, Confined Space).

This role will focus on driving the growth of professional design services related to passenger stations, state of good repair and multi-modal transportation infrastructure within NY/NJ, with occasional involvement in national projects. The New York Metro Buildings + Places Team is a multi-disciplinary group consisting of professionals across multiple disciplines, including Architecture, MEP, Structural, Civil, Change Management, and Landscape design.
B+P is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to be based in the New York Metro area and can be based in New York City, Piscataway or Bloomfield, New Jersey.
As a people manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the federal design team to success. Job Description
AECOM is seeking Safety, Health & Environmental Site Officer II based in New York, New York office.
This is full-time onsite position for an on-going project in Staten Island, NY.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Implementing the requirements of AECOM's Construction Manager's (CM) EHS Management Plan (EHSMP) and Environmental Health and Safety Plan (EHASP).
* Support the CM in preparation of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) in accordance with Client standards.
* Support the CM in conducting various training for CM staff including new employee orientations, visitor orientations and Emergency Action Plan training.
* Review all EHS related submittals by the Contractors, including, but not limited to, EHASPs, JHAs, monthly reports, asbestos/lead/mercury/PCB management and sampling plans, waste management plans, soil re-use, hazardous waste contingency plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and Stormwater Pollution Prevent Plans (SWPPP) to verify comprehensive oversight of all site activities.
* Facilitate weekly EHS meetings with the Contractor's EHS Representative (EHSR), and other project management personnel as appropriate, to ascertain and discuss upcoming construction related activity EHS activities.
* Conduct frequent construction site visits.
* Track and monitor the Contractor's compliance with EHASP(s) and JHA(s).
* Track and monitor all site EHSRs' performance including, but not limited to, reviewing the EHSR's daily reports and whether EHS issues are being adequately addressed.
* Perform and submit daily reports of the Contractors' Work areas and document non-compliance with the Contractor's EHASPs and JHAs.
* Review Contractor's incident reports for adequacy, participate in meetings related to construction related incidents, and verify all necessary Contractor corrective actions are implemented.
* Submit EHS monthly status reports and metrics. Prepare monthly trending analysis of Contractor EHS performance.
* Oversee Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and drills for the site in coordination with Client staff.
* Review and manage all EHS Annual Reports (i.e., EPCRA, Hazardous Waste, Confined Space).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
* BA/BS in Safety, Engineering or related degree and 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
* CHST and/or ASP certification.
* OSHA 10-hour Construction Health and Safety Course.
* Knowledgeable in OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and 1910 Regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
* 10 years of relevant EHS field and management experience in construction.
* Initial and Annual Refresher OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120/1926.65 HAZWOPER.
* NYSDEC 4-hr Erosion and Sediment Control Training.
* Knowledgeable in use of eBuilder.
* OSHA Construction Health and Safety Course (30-hour Preferable).
