Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Implement creative sourcing approaches to attract high-quality, culture-aligned candidates
Maintain accurate data within the ATS while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
