Join a great organization in Orlando as an Administrative Coordinator! This role is season position and expected to run through April.
Schedule: Part time but must be able to work within the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18/hour
This position will travel to different sites with the Orlando area, must have own transportation.
The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Will help update tax documents.
Schedule and manage volunteer schedules.
Ensure community members are informed of required for tax preparation.
Print out tax forms, supplies and equipment are available and distributed.
Support department meetings and events-schedule, prepare materials, set up, and break down as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of tax administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Work in an acute care hospital on the Med/Surg Telemetry/PCU unit
30-bed unit divided into three 10-bed sections with patient ratios of 1:5-6
Patient population includes surgical (such as joint replacements, hysterectomies), medical (infections, respiratory issues, withdrawal), and telemetry cases
Care may include stable C-PAP or BiPAP patients and telemetry monitoring responsibilities
12-hour night shifts with every other weekend required
Holiday rotation is required to ensure fair coverage
Float to Multi Care Unit, Pediatric unit (adults only), and West Campus Med/Surg Tele as needed
Uses Cerner EMR, with RNs expected to be able to read and interpret telemetry strips
Remote Monitor Techs available; RNs must independently read their own tele strips
Duties include monitoring telemetry, caring for surgical and medical patients, and precepting nursing students as needed
Charge RN manages 50 inpatient beds across multiple units and NAs assist with patient care when available
Staff may be asked to provide primary care if nurse aides are unavailable

Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring an active AZ or compact RN license and strong telemetry skills.
Responsibilities
Work in a hospital's Med/Surg Telemetry unit with a 48-bed capacity on the 4th floor
Patient population includes COVID, respiratory, gastrointestinal, diabetic, telemetry, TIA, CVA, and general, orthopedic, and spinal surgical cases
Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5
Utilizes Cerner EMR, prior experience recommended
Uses BiPAP, CPAP, high flow, and basic telemetry monitors; telemetry is monitored remotely but RNs must interpret and sign strips once per shift
Diltiazem drips at set rate may be used; RNs are not required to titrate drips
12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM-7:30 AM) with every other weekend required
Self-scheduling system is used, finalized by manager review
Floating may be required to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
No call or standby required
Responsibilities include providing nursing care for a complex mix of medical, surgical, and telemetry patients and reading/interpreting telemetry strips
Support staff includes nurse aides with ratios approximately 1:10-15 and both charge nurse and house supervisor available; charge nurse does not take patient assignment
Orientation consists of one 12-hour unit shift
Navy blue scrubs required
Must work 2 weekends per 4 weeks and provide coverage for major holidays as assigned (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving)
Travelers may be first to float based on unit needs
A minimum permanent residence distance of 50 miles from the facility is required to qualify for travel positions in Arizona
Requirements
Active AZ or compact RN license required at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry settings
Must be able to interpret basic telemetry strips
Experience with general and orthopedic surgical, TIA, and CVA patients required
Cerner EMR experience highly recommended due to limited orientation
Must provide copy of driver's license for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor from the past 12 months and one peer or supervisor from past 3 years including employment dates and rehire eligibility
Must pass basic or advanced Relias Dysrhythmia exam and sterile technique test during orientation
Cannot have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN by CommonSpirit facilities in the past year

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele/PCU Float Pool night shift position, requiring an active AZ or compact RN license and strong titratable drips experience.
Responsibilities
Work in a float pool covering Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Units (PCU) across two hospital campuses
Patient population includes geriatric, orthopedic, post-cardiac procedure, and post-op cardiac patients
Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:4 in PCU and 1:5-6 in Med/Surg Tele
Care involves titrating drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin
Use of monitoring equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, and Heated High Flow Oxygen in PCU
Charting is done using Cerner EMR
Both stepdown and telemetry monitoring required; nurses must read and interpret strips
Night shift, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, with scheduling managed by the float pool coordinator
Float assignments include notification 2 hours prior to shift start and may require travel between campuses approximately 20-25 minutes apart
No call or standby requirements
Nurses will provide care for a diverse patient mix in Med/Surg, Tele, and PCU units, including inpatient holding in the ED
Charge nurses are present and do not take patient assignments, and nurse aides are available on all units
Orientation includes a general hospital introduction plus unit-specific orientation shifts at each campus
Travelers are included in the regular staff holiday rotation
Professional scrub attire required; navy scrubs per facility guidelines starting in October
Monitor techs are present to assist with telemetry, but nurses are expected to interpret strips themselves
Block scheduling may be available for night shift assignments
Failure to pass the dysrhythmia or sterile technique assessments leads to ineligibility for future assignments for 6 months at specific facilities
Requirements
Active AZ or compact state RN license required at time of consideration
Minimum 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in a PCU/stepdown setting
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Must pass a dysrhythmia exam with a minimum score of 80% within two attempts prior to contract
Experience managing titratable drips and reading/interpreting telemetry strips
Must not have worked full time, part time, or PRN at any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and Dignity) within the past year
Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Driver's license must be provided for address verification
Two recent professional references required, including one supervisor reference within the last 12 months
